It was a bit tired, and the approach is a little concerning. It looks a bit scruffy and rough, but it was actually safe. It needs some updating but it was clean.

Directions from the airport were clear. The owner was very responsive. It was walkable to Paphos harbour. We only stayed for one night as a stop over and that was fine given the price. The air on worked.

We were not pleased with the condition of our booked apartment (No102). When we arrived at the block we faced this mess of old & broken furniture on the dirty ground floor.The broken wooden window was also a not so flattering image. We entered the building (block D) and we saw a dirty, broken and scary-at-night (our kids did not like it) semi-opened elevator. Even the light switches were dirty at the corridors. The room was just ok but the broken plasterboard behind the door at the bathroom needs to be fixed. Unfortunately we could not stay more than a night, so we booked another apartment for our 2nd night in Pafos.

The apartment had all from what is needed for living. Very convenient location. Very close to the sea, many stores and restaurants. The helpful host has helped us with every issue that arose.

The building looks completely run down, there is a lot of trash outside and inside, and there is no security as the doors do not close. The lift is broken, but in all fairness, this is mentioned in the property's description, so this was not a surprise. I found the pictures of the flat to be very misleading though, as there was a broken wall in the bathroom, as well as mould, very visible damage to the furniture and red stains on the walls and shower curtain that kind of looked like blood, even though I'm not sure what they are exactly. Also, the flat's front door is broken and doesn't close unless you lock it. Once we entered the flat, the smell of smoking/ashtrays was very strong, and once you flush the toilet there is a smell of sewage. The mattress on the bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, there is no way I would return and the only reason we didn't leave immediately was because we booked for only one night and we arrived late in the evening, so it was hard to find somewhere else to stay. Not only we were disappointed/shocked by how run down the flat and the building was, but we also felt unsafe in that building. For this quality I would have expected it to be much cheaper to be honest, to pay €60 per night for this is not worth it. It's a shame because the host is really nice and helpful, but unfortunately the flat was extremely bad and, as nice as the host was, there is absolutely no way I would advise anybody to stay here.

The location is convenient as it's close to a lot of restaurants, kiosks, etc, so you don't have to take the car everywhere, you can just walk. Also, the check-in process was really easy (you pick up the key from a small safe outside the flat's door) and the host gave me very clear instructions on how to check-in, what the Wi-Fi password is, where to park, etc and they were super helpful. The flat was also clean (as much as it could be).

The flat was dirty, the bathroom moldy and very dirty, bad smell, COCKROACHES in the bathroom???????? Definitely wasnt worth it. Im sorry but u need to consider some type of renovation. I havent slept all night because of those cockroaches.

We stayed at the apartment for one night, very good location close to the main road, some reviews mentioned noise around the neighbourhood but this was not the case for us, we arrived late at night and it was quiet. The owner responds quickly, he does airport transfer and we booked this service, he was very accommodating as our flight was delayed by almost two hours he picked us up from the airport and showed us the apartment. I accidentally left my bag in the car and owner quickly gave it back to me. Thank you!

The place is a dump.. The bathroom smelled of sewage. The accommodation is for two adults and possibly two children as a famil, at best. One double bed was much smaller than the other and squeezed into the room. The lift is broken. The entrance to the building is not secure (the front and back access doors are open and broken) The common areas are dirty. For what it was, it was very expensive 198 Euros!

Roman sent helpful information but it didn't prepare us for what we found.

when we saw the appartment, we immediatelly booked another one. We didnt feel safe staying there at all. You cant even close the front door normally, the bathroom wall is falling apart, the building itself is scary, elevator is broken, there is a strange smell in the apartment. The location is ok, but the neighbourhood is quite scary.

The apartment is located in an old, smelling building that is open 24x7. There is a lot of waste nearby the building. And the main disappointment was the bathroom, where it was a bit scary to stand in the bath to have a shower (I don't even say about having the bath).

The apartment's location is quite good and you can reach the main city attractions on foot.

Great location,10-15min walk to all main attractions in Paphos.Supermarkets and nice tavernas nearby. Apartment was clean,beds were confortabile,kitchen fully equipped,washing machine,heating by AC.Good value for the money. The host was nice, very comunicative and helpful.

it was cold and air con didn’t heat, one towel was dirty, 3 cups for 4 people, mold in bathroom :/
