Maybe size of the elevator that is quite small and slow, but we did some cardio with stairs :)

Air conditioning worked very badly, it hardly lowered temperature, but fortunately it was still comfortable. Only one elevator and it's super slow. For a 5 floors building with a lot of rooms it's not enough.

Some drinks had very bad quality. Wifi got disconnected all the time in the room. Some parts of the hotel were not well maintained. Live singing was terrible (off-key).

Nice hotel, excellent location, close to the beach. The food and drink quality in the all inclusive were mixed, some were very good, some were bad. Wifi was strong in the restaurant area, but in the room it was weak. All together a good experience for the price.

Lunch and dinner was okay, some choices better than others. Get what you pay for. The lift was very slow and small, I think in the height of summer this could be a problem.

Location - distance from beach is great! Staff were lovely. Breakfast had a good selection. Our room had a great view of the sea and was clean.

Room cleaning wasn't the best despite of tips. Restaurant staff could be more friendly.

It was our second visit to Stamatia so we knew what to expect. Reception staff is fantastic, Family Room was great. Food selection is not extremely wide however all the food is very tasty. Location is perfect, there are beaches and harbour and city streets next to the hotel.

- the information they gave wasnt clear enough -the pictures on the hotel wasn’t alike the room we got -they didn’t change the towels always -they told us that the pool opens at 10 am but every sunbed was taken already at 9.00 am -the electricity in the room didnt always work, for instead I could charge my phone and and 20 min later it didn’t charge. - the refrigerator didn’t work at all. -the last day they told us there was another elevator… but everyone used only one elevator and it took long time. -you paid to get towels for the beach and pool and it was ripped

The elevator is horrible.

The foods were various and delicious. The room was cleaned in every day what is not so spacious the enough for us with our baby. We got a baby bad free of charge. Eleni in the restaurant was very lovely! She told some kind words every time to our child and to us!

Pool isn’t very big. Could do with another lift, it’s tiny and had to wait for a long time for it.

Food was spot on most the time. The odd night there wasn’t much we liked and we arnt fussy eaters. Hotel Was exceptionally clean, close enough to everything but far enough away it was still peaceful. Very close to beach.

The bathroom door in our room could not be closed at all. We also had a problem with the balcony door, which was difficult to open/close.

Overall, Stamatia Hotel is a very good choice. Our breakfast was amazing with a huge choice. Our room was average, not bad by any means. The staff were very helpful and very nice, we had lots of questions and they answered everything willingly, always helped us with everything. The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea is just a few metres away, the centre is a few minutes walk away, plenty of restaurants, shops. Definitely recommend.

The gym was very small and was in the basement were there was no window and only had 3 equipments. It takes a long waiting time for your food to arrive when you order in the pool bar. Plus, the bar closes at 11pm which is quite too early when you purchase an all-inclusive package.

Staff in the reception area were nice. The location was 5mins from the main streets of the bars

1. We had all inclusive package but the cold coffees were not included. Not even frappe. This is the first time that ever happened to me. Only hot coffee. In Cyprus cold coffee is ESSENTIAL. 2. We had to provide 10 euro deposit for each towel. So if you are three persons you have to provide 30 euro. And in the end you have to pay 3 euro for each towel. For what purpose? I can understand the deposit but not the charge for each towel 3. Elevator too slow 4. More entertainment should be nice since there are a lot of people who do not want to leave the hotel 5. They did not put new water bottles to the room when they cleaned.

The restaurant staff was pretty rude/ upset when we didn’t want to sit next to the cutlery stations, but tried to find another quiet spot to have our breakfast. ( the restaurant was not full) They didn’t speak or understand English well, and I felt uncomfortable that nobody understood us . The quality of breakfast needs to improve. No fresh fruits, only grapefruits and oranges . Could be nice to have some apples, bananas or watermelon 🤷‍♀️Sliced cheese was like plastic, poached eggs dried under the heating lamp till the egg yolks were hard and dry . We tried to order a mojito , the bartender/waitress couldn’t make it and refused to do so when i nicely offered that I will help her with the instructions how to make it.another staff member could have made it in another 20 mins .🤷‍♀️

Reception and housekeeping team was great. The room was nice and clean , we got a double bed as we requested. 👌well done 😊 Great location, quick access to shops and restaurants 😊

Small room, we were family of four and we got small room- twin bed with two extra beds, there was not enough room between the bed for night stand and also for all of our suitcases. We thought it’s gonna be bunk bed in the room, but no. The quallity of the pool wather was not ok, it was really cloudy.
