We had an excellent stay at Vasilikis House,great location and one of the most beautiful suites i have ever stayed in, a traditional 2 bed suite with fireplace, the owner was super friendly and most welcoming. I recommend this place for families or couples, its amazing!Thank u Costas for a wonderful stay, we will be returning here surely!

Heating of the suite was by airconditioning (split units in the bedrooms and sitting room) which made the air too dry and was also a bid noisy (especially the inner bedroom unit). (There was also a fireplace which was a nice surprice although we didn't use it).

A suggestion would be the outdoor seating cushions could be on site for customer access. Checking the crockery for two people for example only one wine glass.

Great location, loved the terrace area overlooking the mountains and village. Pool was great very cold but great for a morning wake up. Excellent place to relax

Beautifully decorated apartment (201) with clean and modern facilities yet still having lots of lovely rural decorative ornamental pieces. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning in all rooms was a real bonus. Stunning shared pool area (for the 3 apartment) and we had it to ourselves for all of our stay. Views from the terrace and pool area have to be seen to be appreciated.

Its not a complaint, just a recomendation. Get more knives for cooking at home. Get cutting board(could not find one) Swimming pool coud be a bit warmer to enjoy more. It was nice to refresh but you could not hang out in it since it was too cold. ( weather was 29 degrees celcius) . So would have been nicer to be able to spend more time in the pool.

Everything is perfect and has personal touches. Fcilities are well equiped to the coffe, sugar and cream details with candy next to it. Was pleasire to arrive and not have to think about what you have to urgently get for morning. Beutiful views, from balconies, great location! Spacious

Having stayed twice before 5 and 6 years ago it is now in need of some tlc in the bathroom as the shower is looking old in the corners and not all parts of the shower work. The kitchen has what you need, but it needs a clean between the fridge and units. An iron could be provided.

The location and views are spectacular and its great value for money. Beds comfortable as is balcony furniture. Towels for pool and shower provided too . Host is helpful by email. The old cinema restaurant does a fantastic meze at a great price buy make sure you book.

The only thing I did not like (only because I have to mention something negative) it was the check out hour . We should leave at 11, I wish it was at least 12:30-13:00 (but this is something I expect from all hotels 😄)

Great location and view from the property. The place we rented was very clean, decorated in a very beautiful retro style. It was very comfortable and cosy , quiet. The host (k.Kosta I think) was very polite and helpful , he was constantly available for all questions and requests . I will definitely return there Our stay was very pleasant and memorable

The villa is really nice, better than it looks on pictures probably. The bedrooms are comfy and the kitchen and living areas well equipped. The bathroom could probably do with some modernisation soon, but is still clean and functional. The outdoor areas are great, the pool is clean and the sun beds and outdoor cooking/eating area is a great added bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

Could do with some more kitchen utensils like a sharp knife to cut vegetables or bread and there was no adapter for the toaster ( toaster had European plug but the house had British sockets). However I am being picky as everything else was pretty good

Small things....no frying pan, no bottle opener. Advice about parking before arrival...it seems to be fine to park anywhere on the street, but it's not clear you can do so.

Description to find a little difficult. Maybe the British in me but would have liked a microwave and a frying pan. Organised a day of freshen up cleaning and a time but it did not happen. Perhaps we needed to stay home but we didn't and neither did we leave our key? So perhaps that was our fault. Assumed cleaner would have a key. Not really a problem but clearer instruction for next guest.

Loved the room and the pool and outside area. Fantastic views and good central location. reasonably quiet. Locals very friendly and helpful. Plenty of hot water for us. Very comfy bed. Extremely glad we got instructions for finding the way in our car from the owner and printed them as it was difficult in the dark and no sat nav. Plenty to do there.

We stayed mid-week, during off-season, so parking was easy. I can imagine that parking would be difficult to find if this wasn't the case.

Everything about this rental was wonderful. The owner was very communicative. The rental was in a picturesque village, looked old world, but had modern updates inside for comfort. We enjoyed the private porch with amble seating. I wish we could have stayed longer.

It could use an extra pair of towels just in case. It could use some ventilation to get rid of the smokey smell caused by the fireplace.

Excellent location at the centre of Kalopanayiotis. Very kind and helpful staff/owner with clear instructions and always happy to answer the telephone and any questions asked. Fully equipped place with everything need for a pleasant stay. We will definitely look to book again!
