The shower in our room 401 was broken slightly so may need a repair.also at night it could get a bit lively outside , so don't chose if this would affect you.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the location was great, just opposite the main train station.

Bed. Very hard. No any welcoming water, coffee, tea. Common guys! It is hotel: 3 or 4 stars doesn't matter.

The unfolded couch for third person is a bit short (I'd guess about 190cm length) and not too comfortable (but did not cause any back pain for me so its ok). The area of bathtub had some water damage and black spots.

For those who travel by train the Hotel is at extremely convenient location right in front of the main train station of Plzen. It is walkable to city center and also to the brewery. The area was reasonably quiet considering trains and roads near by - I am a sensitive sleeper and I could sleep without ear plugs (but our windows faced the train station, the opposite side of hotel might have bigger issues with road noise). The room is large and bathtub was really big too. Bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage room. The state of the equipment was good - reasonably modern and kept well. It was nice and clean wit comfortable carpet everywhere. The loby has a beautiful fish tank with corals and colourful fishes.

During my stay coulld not have breakfast as" the breakfast lady had holiday." Whaaat? one person in 4 star hotel??? Went to another hotel nearby for breakfast and it was ok. Room a bit too dark.

It is not really the hotels fault but the noise of the traffic was not great 😃

All the staff where wonderful we ended up just talking to all of them for quite some time of our day which was great 😃 when we where leaving I could not figure out the train ticketing system the Lady Simona on the front desk actually came over to the station and spoke in Czech and purchased the tickets for us it was a very big relief from myself and my mother .Also the manager was the friendliest Woman in the whole city .

Also, the A/C is useless, low in the wall so non-efficient , the air coming out of it is Not cold, so you are forced to keep the windows open for cool air, but cannot get sleep because the street is so noisy. Inside the hotel - a drunk person came in the middle of the night and made noise for about 10 min in the hallway and no personnel asked him to get in his room.

very friendly and helpful staff, speak good English, spacious relatively upgraded rooms, location is convenient and did Not hear the trains, but otherwise street very NOISY AROUND THE CLOCK - same people screaming for hours on the street and no police to question or stop them.

There is some need for cleaning in some nooks and cranies. Bedding ckean, towels etc just let down by some of the gerneral surfaces. Receptionist on check out disinterested.

I can't think of anything I disliked.

Better than expected. This hotel was much cleaner than some of the previous reviews have suggested. I felt it was very comfortable with an unbeatable location being right next to the main train station. Staff were very accommodating and spoke some English.

Generally hotel needs a renovation. But still fine for that price.

Nice place to stay for a one or couple nights. There allows to stay with pets. Great location, several minutes to the downtown, near the railway station. Really large room. Comfortable beds.
