There were no slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, you had to ask at the reception for an additional cost. The bathroom is very small, there is no silicone mat provided.

hotel parking - very expensive, extremely narrow, and full. really bad soundproofing - with the metro construction just across the street (drilling even on Sunday morning) and loud traffic it was difficult to get a good night sleep. Could also hear every door slam on the corridor. sagging mattresses - surprising since the hotel looks like it has been recently refurbished. lights in the room - one bed lamp not working, while the toilet light was on a motion sensor - bad idea with the open bathroom design.

As usual a double bed consists of two single beds. The problem is they are on small wheels, so you need to be extra creative to sleep together. The biggest surprise is the view. We had a room on the 7th floor. You cannot see anything because the lowest half of the window is covered. That is uncomfortable, the amount of light is limited. Please remove the cover and hang the curtains instead.

There were Spaniards and Russians walking and shouting in the coridoor all night long. Not the hotels fault but ruined our first night away without the kids.

Huge bed, absolutely massive and comfortable Good location, out of town but 10 minute walk from Pankrac. Plenty of buses, trams, and metro not far away. Breakfast as always at the Occidental is a luxurious treat with a huge selection. Feather and foam.pillows to choose fromirona nd ironing board, tea and coffee facilitiea, toiletries and more Check in/check was extremely fast - much appreciated

I have not personally been to this hotel, but I have organized this trip. And here are 3 reviews from different people who stayed at this hotel. 1. We spent 5 nights with 3 people in room number 1219 at Occidental Hotel. The room was very clean and was cleaned again every day. The view from the room was good. The staff were very friendly. Although there were three of us staying, the number of items such as cleaning supplies and cups and spoons were for two people. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. 2. When I was in Prague, I stayed in the hotel in room number 1219. The room intended for 3 people was very narrow. I was concerned about the lack of ventilation in the toilet. And at night they turned off the heating system and the room was very cold. The blankets were too thin. At least they would consider it and put a thick blanket when they turn off the heating system. 3. We were in room number 1219 of Occidental Praha Hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. They cleaned the room well every day. The hotel menu was excellent. The only problem was that they quickly shut down the combo. We were satisfied with the hotel.

While I generally enjoyed my stay, I must mention a drawback during the dinner service. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed in advance that some drinks were not included in the buffet, and to my surprise, the server brought me the card machine for payment midway through the dinner, disrupting the meal. This was a bit unsettling and impacted the overall dining experience.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse. Moreover, the room was extremely comfortable, ensuring peaceful and relaxing nights. Definitely an experience I would recommend to everyone!

I guess the breakfast price (15$/person/day) is a bit high compared with price range in Prague, so we skipped it totally. I think HDMI cable is a good facility to be included. But overall we had a superb experience!

It was written that the restaurant and the bar were open till 22:00 but when I wanted to order something for dinner, it was around 21:30, and the reception mentioned that they were closed and could not take any orders.

The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm enough.

Could use a refurbishment because of the outdated look, the double bed was comprised of two singles that were not staying together, could decrease the prices as it does not feel 4 stars, no other minuses

The breakfast was great, varied, a lot of traditional Czech food, it was clean, the people working there were helpful and polite, close to metro station in a residential area

Bathroom. Not sure why it is a trend now, but bathrooms with glass door, but no door for privacy when you’re getting in and out of shower. Also no sound proofing. I find this design very ridiculous. Might look cool but if you’re not 20 years married couple or honeymooners you’ll be very uncomfortable.

My stay was booked with half board. The breakfast is good, but some items are not that fresh. Dinner however had very little choice and most items were bland and overcooked.

The rooms are clean and modern. Bed is very comfy. There is not much space for your luggage though, as most of the area in the room is taken by the bed.
