An extremely minor issue that probably wouldn't bother most was that the balcony curtains didn't seem to quite cover the whole glazed area but I admit to being fussy about light when sleeping and easily remedied temporarily!

I stayed on the top floor apartment. The apartment was huge and had everything that I needed for my one night stay. The views of Brno from this apartment were a real bonus for me. The owner could not have been more helpful and kindly directed me to the nearby Piccolo Bar for food (superb food!). This apartment more than met my requirements and delivered a perfect night's rest.

This is a beautifully presented property with a very helpful and friendly host. We had a very tastefully decorated light and airy room with a small balcony. It’s in a quiet residential street a short walk to the tram stop to get into the old part of town. Breakfast is served in a dining room featuring decorative Knick knacks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent room with amazing views of the city from the balcony. The owner was incredibly nice and catered to our every needs. The breakfast was perfect, with a range of meats and bread etc. The location was a bit out of the main city however a quick tram ride and you were within the old town. Overall a very very good stay, and highly recommended!

My stay at Penzion Bird's Nest in Brno was a delightful surprise. The B&B exudes cleanliness and authenticity, offering excellent Wi-Fi and spacious, comfortable rooms—mine even had a jacuzzi. Roman, the host, is exceptionally kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A memorable stay in a charming place!

Beds are little bit uncomfortable and we had hard time to dry towels but that was not an issue.

The house is in a great location. Room we stayed was clean and very spacious. We had awesome view over the cite. Great think about Birds Nest is that you can easy park your car.

Honestly I loved everything about the hotel. Family owned boutique hotel where you experience unique service, extremely helpful friendly owner who made sure to make us feel as in home . Location is perfect in a quiet street and 20 minutes walk to center. Comfortable beds and delicious homemade open buffet . Definitely this hotel is recommended 100%

Small suggestion: small pillows to be added and bottles with skin lotion/creme.

Very big room and bathroom, wc separate from the (main) bathroom, bathroom with both shower and bathtub, which helps a lot when being on the rush. Spotless, perfect mattresses, bed, lighting, small refrigerator in the room, big working table, tea and coffee facilities, enough storing spaces. Quiet surroundings and good noise insulation from the neighbouring rooms (or maybe we hve been lucky to have silent neighbourghs). Secured/safe parking lot. Good breakfast. Good public transportation to the centre (by tram).

I liked everything. Stayed in more than 20 hotels on this trip - this is only one I gave the score of 10.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. Wonderful owner going way and beyond to ensure his guests' comfort. Spacious room, nice location within walking distance from the city centre (though there's also parking space and extensive public transportation). Breakfast laid out with thought and care in a great homelike atmosphere. Everything is sparkling clean - and yet maintains the character of this great home.
