The rooms were cold. no heating system working. we twice changed rooms. The rooms were old. Generally the hotel located in the old building.

Breakfast was very basic. Lack of hot food other than processed sausages which still had a plastic casing on, the bread was bordering on the stale side and the coffee machine wasn't good enough.

The room didnt have hairdryer and at the reception didnt give me a spare one. They tried to solve it for me at the first time by allowing me enter another room and dry my hair but it was pretty inconvenient. I had to buy a small haidryer myself.

The location was really good and convenient. We were close to the city centre, 10 mins walking.

We had to switch rooms 3 times because of bugs (silverfishes) in different sizes already occupied the rooms. First 2 rooms where 3rd floor & there were bugs, last room - on floor 1 was bug free.

The room had a weird smell from the carpet. The walls were very thin and you could hear the other residence. The bathroom even though it was big, the water from the shower was in the ground with no way for it to leave. There were broken knobs in the room.

Monday staff not really helpful ( language barrier ) . Cold hot food (egg and beans) and orange cordial not juice. Decor has been half heartedly changed and really needs a complete overhaul to find its own style. Was gothic, but now Japanese/ patch paint . No kettle/drink making in room (spotted on web site, took our own ) No English speaking channels on T.V. Shower curtain has been shortened so did not stop water coming over onto the floor and soaking everywhere. 30cm/ 12" step out of the shower, together with a sodden floor is not a good combination. Had a couple of large insects roaming around, unsure what they were.

Weekend staff very helpful and friendly. Close to the centre. Bed was comfortable.

Not much really . .except a kettle in room would be so much better.l dont mind bringing my own coffee ect, Downstairs toilet needs a wee bit of updating . Not a nice smell in it .

Too many person in hotel, very noisy (room next door made a lot of noisy and the hotel did not intervened). Lady that made our check-in, not nice.

No internet and hot water in our room, and the reception refused to provide any assistance when we informed them about the inconvenience, said there’s nothing they can do.

The room interior is far away from the photo. No privacy as room windows face the corridor where all inhabitants pass by. No elevator. Too noisy, you literally can hear everyone moving up and down the stairs, opening and closing their doors, people's conversations. No mini fridge, no glasses. The bathroom has no signs of being sanitised. The breakfast is a basic one: eggs, meat, bread, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and paprika, tea and juices.

The location takes 15 min to the central station.

In our case, the room was located in the attic floor of a house without elevator. We did not have any problems with it, although, probably, if you rent a room for a longer period of time - may cause inconvenience. When traveling with people of age or children, you should take into account the lack of elevator and choose a room on the lower floors.

Good location, friendly helpful staff. The room was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable. For our request - a comfortable overnight stay in Prague - it was perfect. And the included breakfast was very useful.
