For a motel, they had a good breakfast. The hot tub and swimming pool were well maintained.

Extended stay without maid services. Would have liked a daily check for personal items (shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, ECT.... To be replenished without having to keep asking for items

Still not the cleanest place I have been, but much better than my last stay a couple of weeks ago.

Gave this place a second chance because I had to come back for another early morning appointment. Had a much better room on the third floor. Much cleaner and even had tissues this time for my nose. Slept well and had everything I needed for my short stay overnight. I would say I would come back again.

I thought the king size bed was uncomfortable, however my husband was fine with it.

It is connected to an event and entertainment center ( where I got married). I stayed there for my 3rd anniversary and enjoyed the entertainment center and The hot tub in my room and my husband enjoyed the 2nd tv in the separate area of our hotel room while I slept in.

Between 2 rooms, 1 king and a double bed room, 5 adults, my parents. My wife and sister in law and I did not like the beds. Between tossing and turning, I could not get good sleep. My mom said she could feel every cross member under the bed

The value for what we got really didn’t match. The biggest complaint it about the attached bar and grill, but that is anything the hotel can control.

It was close to where we needed to be. Great walking path nearby.

The slide at the pool was shut down. Our room did not get cleaned at all. We had to go to the front counter for clean towels. I set the trash cans outside the door to be emptied, and they took them away completely. The staff seemed very unhappy. They didn't do anything wrong, but it was obvious they were just going to do what they absolutely had to and not with a smile on their face.

Myself and my twin teenage daughters got a suite with a spa tub in a separate bedroom. It was nice having privacy from each other. The breakfast was really good. Different hot food for all 3 days. The pool and hot tub stayed open til midnight. Adults only from 10-12 which was nice.

my fireplace didn’t work so the guy from front seat came to try to fix it but no luck. I was told that I would be giving a 20% discount only to be rewarded the complete night comped. bet t it hasn’t been put back in my card yet it’s still pending this is the 3rd day

I changed my room because it smelled like the carpet was cleaned and needed time to dry. It was like chemicals or mildew from the wet carpet. However the front desk changed it with no problem and also allow me to inspect the next room to assure our satisfaction.

The hotel is clean and update decor. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fresh paint and well kept furniture. The bathrooms have clean toilet and tubs and sinks were updated fixtures. The breakfast was good and the food was simple yet tasty.

bummer the slide was down for maintenance, I booked this room for my daughter’s golden birthday she turned 10 years old so it was a bummer once we arrived and realize the slide was out of order very disappointed kid but we went bowling and she had a great time swimming anyways

Two small issues: 1. the water is overly softened to the point it triggered my partner's eczema. 2. whatever they use for cleaning must do an excellent job, but leaves a strong smell. the window being opened helped but every time we returned to the room it was noticeable.

Wanted to soak so chose a room with a sauna bath. The water was hot and enjoyable and the room large and comfortable. The room is well set up and I had to wait for my partner as her train was late so I utilized the WiFi and my laptop and the hotel WiFi was solid which I often don't expect from a hotel.

Didn't notice the first night/morning due to have to get out the door fast for a big event but come sunday morning I noticed on the tiles in the toilet area it had some type of slow leak. Then when I was taking a bath I see a roach by the bathroom door. I covered it with a towel and got out the room rather sooner.

I enjoyed how quiet was even being by the front desk. I liked how the bed had a blanket instead of two sheets. Really enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave as well.

it was very clean and the bed was very comfy.. 2 sinks was plus. The room was extra large. We were there for a wedding. Perfect location. Breakfast was amazing!!
