At the end i can´t really find anything that can be improved. The employees are super friendly. The rooms are clean. Not even a small thing that i could say needs to be improved. Keep it in this shape and its perfect!

It is a very clean Hotel. Great employees and all in all great to stay there. Breakfast gives a lot of fresh and tasty options. Its close enough to the city center to walk there. And gives also options to go shopping in nearby stores!

A/C would be nice, the rooms were very hot (days before our arrival were very hot) - we had to keep both windows wide open to cool the room down, which allowed mosquitos to come in.

The parking was spacious, the beds were long and matress hard as we like it (after hiking it's good for your back) Despite the closed restaurant/bar - self service with beer is a good idea. Breakfast was also delicious

A little bit overpriced, location is far from city center and sport facilities are not allowed after 8 pm. But in general, it is a perfect stay.

Probably the best hotel in the location in terms of facilities and cleanliness. It is near a nice river which is perfect for walking and biking. Breakfast is good. Many chances for sport activities (including tennis) and spa. Only problem is that it is far from from city centre (25-30 min walking distance) and you might need to take a taxi or drive to city center for dinner since almost all good restaurants located in center. However, I recommend staying here considering how neat and clean the rooms are.

I could have been informed that the parking was chargeable upon the arrival as opposed to the checkout BUT this is a minor issue.

Fantastic place from cleanliness by an outstanding staff and very good breakfast and indoor activities ! I can strongly recommend it to anyone !

The room was very large with a window that open to let in natural air. The towels and linens were all very clean. The whole room was modern and clean. There was a small refrigerator that runs quiet and was filled with many snacks at a reasonable price. Was able to remove a few snacks for my own fruit and juices then replace them when I was finished my stay. The Hotel is in a quiet location but still close to shopping and town center is about 1.5-2km.

Absolutely nothing

In this hotel everything is great, quiet location but very close to the center, staff, breakfast, facilities, clean, modern but still very pleasant, not big. Ideally for sport /tennis, bike, hike, walk , skiing lovers who do not want to be in the mountains directly. Perfect value for money/my new “discovery” for relax sport weekend with friends/family/kids.

The hotel has a perfect location, its quite in the city center of Trutnov, lots of things to do. Is about 6km, flat towards Trutnov Trails, which are awesome! The hotel has a lot to offer, like a restaurant, bar, wellness & sport facilities. Also the hospitality is top notch, really felt at home. Breakfast is awesome! Highly recommended!

The last night we were there our room wasn’t cleaned, garbage was not taken out and there were no clean towels, maybe that is how you do things in your country. In Canada our rooms are tended to daily.

The breakfast was good, more than enough for me and my spouse.

(1) too hot inn the room while the air conditioning was permanently switched off, (2) window view on technical roof of hotel facilities, (3) breakfast served from 08:00-09:30 so to late for those in hurry and to short for those who want to sleep longer, (4) very strange check-in policy LIMITED TO 8 PM only so one can be under pressure to arrive before otherwise no chance to check-in, (5) be careful when stomping in the bath - its bottom is not flat so easy to fall!
