We paid for a room with balcony but it was not provided. The beds were separated even if we asked for a single double matress.

Breakfast was very good, the room was functional. We appreciated the central position in Prague and the courtesy of the staff.

in my opinion the room and bathroom lack maintenance and cleanliness, some dirty areas, weird stains on the floor and walls...

The staff are very kind and friendly. Near to public transport, many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location, just minutes from Hradcany and the castle. Nice room with a small but nice, unexpected balcony, and a nice bathroom with a strong shower. I enjoyed the hotel and was surprised by the good quality. A pretty decent breakfast.

I consider the place overpriced, partly also obsolete. The single and narrow elevator was sometimes very slow, especially in such high building, which has only one.

Good hotel at very convenient location in the middle of Dejvice area. Very willing receptionist, young guy, who was smiling all the time. Breakfast was quite rich and very good.

Very old furniture and shower. You had to wait for hot water for some time, the last morning there was no hot water at all. Breakfast was all the time the same and the choice for vegetarians (beans and veggies) were not really edible. The breakfast hall is dark and not really cosy. The space outside is quite dirty and next to windows... definitely not 4 start hotel.

Everything else. I came at 2pm, as it's the check-in allowance time. Receptionist told me my room is not ready yet and asked me to wait "couple of minutes". I was okay with that. However, more and more people were coming and were told the same. I was waiting 2 hours. I was late for my meeting. Since was incredibly hot outside, it was not possible to go without shower and leaving my luggage... When my waiting time exceed one hour, I asked the guy how long approximately it should take yet.. he didn't know. He sent me to ask cleaning ladies (what??) His answers for everything were "I don't know, it's not possible, I can't.. " I understand it was not his fault and such a thing can happen but anyways, his way of communicating with us was unacceptable. All of us waiting there already paid. We wanted our money back and cancel the reservation, to search for another place to stay. He refused. This shouldn't happen in 4* hotel. Moreover this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. Max 3. The rooms, facilities, breakfast and service itself was far away from 4* standards. The sink didn't drain, there was stale smell in the bathroom. Bed was not comfortable,the equipment way old in general... In my opinion not worth the money, I had way better accomodations in Prague for this price.

Its summer time now and the room lacks real working fan or air-conditioning. A table fan should be provided. Each room has a fan which dates back to bygone era and are of basically no use except for taking pictures to show our next generation. But I loved the room.

The hotel is centrally located and is quite close to the metro stop. All sight seeing places could be easily reached from the hotel. The room was found in a very clean condition and well maintained. The area is quiet and safe which I liked the most. The staff and the receptionist were friendly and quite helpful.

Toilet sit was yellow... I understand it's because of aging not because it wasn't clean but anyway it's not nice to see and use.

Room had 2 doors so they were blocking sounds coming from the corridors. That was nice. WiFi speed was great. My window had a view on inner garden, Fresh air... Birds singing. I liked it. Breakfast was fresh and well cooked. Staff was friendly. 5 min walk from Dejvicka metro station.

It was cold in the room and the lift kept breaking down.

I liked the location because it was near the Czech technical University where I had my seminar. All the other city districts are also just a couple of tram or underground stations away. You can even reach Prague castle on foot in about half an hour from there. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes. There were also various other types of food to choose from.

The bathroom could use some updating.

The room was standard hotel size. The bathroom was nice size and in good condition but old, needing renovation. Breakfast was offered but we checked out before it was served. The location was good for what we needed. The room was quite but if there was talking in the hall, it was easily heard.

LOCATION, NO POSSIBILITY OF PARKING, even if it is presented in the hotel offer, noise in the corridors of the hotel after 10pm, cold water in the morning, without the possibility of an extra bed even if it is presented in the hotel offer, I consider the non-updated offer on Booking.com to be a completely unprofessional approach, the parameters according to which I was looking for accommodation in a specific location and parking belonged to the listed, after paying a non-refundable reservation it turned out that parking or extra bed is not available.
