There was no cutlery and plates in the room, so that was a bit inconvenient. And there was no salt and pepper. Had to collect it from reception in the night. Which was a bit inconvenient and embarrassing in night to disturb the receptionist.

I loved the room it was really good and clean. And the bathroom was simply excellent 👌🏻. And plus extra towels and extra coffee was immediately given. The house keeping service was good and prompt. And the receptionist Mr Radik (I might have misspelt his name) was extremely polite and helpful. He immediately took care of any sort of shortcomings during check-in, and checkout was done with in few seconds. The location of the hotel was also good. All in all I loved the hotel and loved our stay. Would definitely recommend others as well.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good enough! 5 minutes walk from the down town! But the receptionist “Aleksandar” was really awesome! I recomend the hotel to everyone!

There is absolutely no sauna or gym. This is all false information. The elevator is not working, half of the lights in the corridor is also not working. Felt like in a bad horror movie when I had to move in between the buildings, with the extra blanket is asked for and was given in my hand at the reception.

The only positive thing was that the rooms were clean and thr staff was more or less helpful.

Perfect location, close to subway/tram, walking distance to the old city center and touristic spots. Friendly staff. Simple but nicely arranged room, clean and tidy. Breakfast available, unfortunately I had to skip it as I had to leave for an early flight.

They state that they offer parking free from Monday to Thursday, but the reception decline and ask for payment for parking. They state that they give price 5 euro for breakfast, they decline the offer and ask for 10 euro for breakfast. The price with booking was 69 Euro, when i paid at the hotel, they did not accept the payment in EURO, they did not take the same price, they used very bad exchage rate to charge me more, which is not fair at all. So the price jump to be for 5 star hotel, Then they give me the smallest room in the world, not more than 10m2, one bed only, no way they can charge this price for such very very small room. It is not fair at all, very excessive price, no clear info, very very small room not more than 10m2 for unfair HI price.

Ventilation wasn't working properly, it was stuck at 26C and control panel wasn't changing the situation at all. This has been reported to the staff, they did something and said it will be fine now. Things didn't change up until next day, so I reported it again and also mentioned the light on the mirror in bathroom doesn't work. I got assured it will be fixed. And when I came back late both issues were still there. So it ended up with sleeping in the middle of the summer heat with +26C in the room and no light next to mirror. Not what I expected even for such an affordable price.

Location and area surroundings. Pretty good connection to the city center and the sightseeing spots. Also lots of different restaurants and bars in the closest vicinity. There was a problem either on the side of Booking or hotel. But they received my choice of single beds as double bed. However, they found a solution to provide us separate ones.

The arrogance of the receptionist from august 22th, during the day. We couldn't get into our room, the cards were not functioning. A young couple was at the reception, my friend asked the receptionist how long will it take, he responded: "it takes as long as it takes". Of course I was angry, so I also asked him (with an elevated voice), why he is not reactivating our cards. To me he also responded arrogantly. He let us wait between 15-20 minutes, but the reactivation of the cards took only 5-10 seconds.

The hotel is near the city centre. By walk it takes between 10-20 minutes to reach the old town.

Disappointing experience and lost time. Lost 1h because they didn’t have parking space even though I asked for parking reservation. The hotel staff didn’t reply to warn me I’ll not have parking space. Apart from this the receptionist was rude, and seemed tired and annoyed.

It was the smallest room I've ever stayed through Booking.com. There is no kettle. I could not make any favourite tea for 3 nights stay. Even no room service after breakfast time. I went for Yoga practice every morning, so I don't have any chance to get any hot water during my stay. There is no "Do not disturb" notice paper to hung on the door. A room cleaning lady disturbed my nap twice, even I told the reception that I don't need any cleaning during my stay. Free Wifi was weak. It is not good for video call.

While almost everywhere could be paid in EUR, in the hotel the charge was made in local currency applying an unfair rate resulting at the end a price far beyond (5%) the price offered in EUR by BOOKING.COM. No safe, no air conditioning even if it was included in the price. Bathroom with open shower. Very difficult to take a shower without splashing out a lot of water.

Lights don't stay on which made the building a little creepy and the front desk person was a little confused during our check in process, possible language barrier.

Price for what I received was excellent. Location was easy to get to places while walking, room was comfortable and perfect size for one person. Breakfast was included which is always a plus, and it was pretty good!

I had problems with the hot water in the shower, but as soon as I informed the reception they immediately requested a repair and I had hot water for a comfortable shower! Very tasty breakfast, friendly and organized staff. I really enjoyed it and recommend it!
