There are still some unrenovated rooms in the hotel so if you get that, it's really doesn't feel like it's worth the price (+ there is a parking fee).

A very good breakfast. The chef also made the various cakes him or herself. The hotel has a motto "where the basics are done brilliantly" and I completely agree with that. Plenty of parking at the hotel and a supermarket across the street. The hotel has a lobby with an ATM machine and a machine for soft drinks and refreshments. You can also order wine, beer or something else at the reception. The location was perfect. A 10-minute walk from the hospital and the historic beautiful center of Olomouce, with many restaurants. Leave your car in the hotel parking lot, because you can easily walk into the center via the beautiful Flora Park.

Price for good Hotel really OK, friendly staff and parking at Hotel. Also Security all night around next to Hotel staff. Supermarkt right over the street.

However, a level of luxury was missing considering the price. No lotion or essential hygiene packages in the room. The was no outlet for my straightening iron in the bathroom or outlets for charging phones which did not require adapter. My appliances are bought in the US.

Breakfast was really good, the room was not spacious but was clean and comfy. We had an option to make a tea or coffee and were given as well Mattoni for free. Whole place is trying to save some energy, so there was tips everywhere how to save the environment. Elevators were working and there is Penny nearby.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The reception person recognized us from a year ago! Breakfast was good, enough variety. Very comfortable hotel and would stay again!

Breakfast could be a bit better: Fruit juices could taste better and a bit more vegan options would be nice. Still, it‘s a decent breakfast with many good options.

Breakfast seemed to be less of a priority on days when the hotel did not have many guests. I would recommend getting breakfast at a cafe instead.

The hotel is quite central and relatively quiet although located on a major avenue. Seems to be well taken care of.

I was here 5 nights and my room wasn't clean. I told to cleaner about the clean (with translator, cause lady doesn't understand English) and hung up the paper about clean. But nothing happened. Next day I ask to change the towels (not all so bad, but lady gave me just little towels). So better to ask administration about cleaning. Little beds.

Very good breakfast. Hotel located few minutes’ walk from down town. Convenient parking. Hotel itself in good condition. I can recommend it, especially for stop in long trip. It is very close to highway, no worries about driving into city centre.

The location was excellent - 15 minute walk to main square. Reception staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Room was very clean. Breakfast offered a good choice of options. Would definitely stay here again. We had stayed here 5 days prior and needed to come back to Olomouc so this was an obvious choice.

Understaffed. Both at the check-in and check-out only a single staff person at the reception at the peak times—quite a few people lining up to wait. The trash-basket was not emptied from previous occupants, wasn’t rectified even after complaint at the reception. Hard to say if policy of “we only clean, if you request” is really due to “covid”, or again just an understaffing issue.

Very good location, short walking distance from downtown. Good breakfast.
