How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast buffet can be worked on tbh, specially that it was the same every single day. And the staff working in the breakfast buffet were not very nice as well.
The location was amazing since it was close to public transportation as well. Our room was big and thank you for the upgrade, it was really nice of them to do that. Breakfast was okay, not the best but okay for two days. Staff in the breakfast though were not very nice. The staff in the reception are really sweet and very helpful. They are handson and always guiding us to the right stuff.

— The room requires several fixes here and there: wardrobe knobs, door rails, electrical switches. — Some devices had trouble with connecting to local WiFi.
— Great location: not far from metro and city center, but relatively quiet. Kid's playground is nearby, may be helpful for travelers with children. — Exceptionally good personnel: nice and helpful. We had several requests like additional child's crib and towels, everything was fulfilled. Many thanks for treats for our daughter! — Breakfast is diverse enough and tasty. The restaurant food is very good though menu is not big. All the tables are mostly empty on non-breakfast hours. — The room was comfortable and spacey enough. No noise from another rooms was heard.

While the breakfast was decent, I felt there could have been more variety in the options offered. Additionally, although the location was convenient, it lacked some charm or unique atmosphere that could have enhanced the overall experience.

The size of the room

Few electric sockets in hotel rooms
The hotel is very nice with comfortable new rooms, good interior design. Breakfasts were not bad, although food was the same every day. We also liked dishes in the restaurant for dinner or supper. Wi-fi connection is excellent, which is important for remote workers. The location is also good - close to two subway stations and 20-30 min of walk from main tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many thanks for warm service to the receptionists - Kerim, Batuhan, Eser - and to the hotel maid Ulku.

The staff when I arrived were miserable and just not very nice vibe. Also the drain in my room smelt and made the room smell funny.

The cleaning lady's don't speak English...but they are helpful and kind❤
It was great...I like the verity...but they dont have pinot butter that is was missing...the rest is great ❤service is excellent...will definitely will book again in summer 🙏 .
