Since I was here for part work/pleasure, the room was brilliant to get some focus work done and jump on my meetings. However, the lobby was also an excellent environment to work in. The breakfast was exceptional, and the hospitality staff were always there to greet me and take any request I might of had. The room was splendid, with a fantastic shower and a very comfortable bed.

A shame the restaurant wasn’t open in the evenings when we stayed ( beginning of June 2022) and the bar closed at 9pm.

Beautiful hotel with high quality fixtures & fittings. The staff were all excellent - very welcoming & polite. The breakfasts were very good, with varied choices every day of our 3 night stay, with some of the best service we’ve encountered. Lovely outside terrace too.

Not much can be improved. Probably a 24-hr gym access would be to my liking.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet close to the lively streets. The interior is superb, rooms are spacious with high ceilings and big windows. Soundproofed, with comfortable beds - perfect for a good night rest. The breakfast was outstanding - big variety of fresh items with daily rotations. The waiters are very attentive. The gym is equipped like in a fitness centre. Spa is also available.

Fantastic Hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Possibility to have breakfast at the terasse. Large, well equipped gym. And there is a lovely library!

Not much to point out. Everything was almost perfect.

Even though the hotel is not located in the city centre is close enough from a walking distance or close to public transports. The hotel is decorated in a very classical style, might not be everyone's cup of tea. Staff was very helpful. There's not an extensive choice during breakfast, but there's enough for everyone.

No prices for the mini bar in the room.

Breakfast was generous and veried, lots of staff to serve and replenish. The location was 20 mins walk to the main square but 2 mins walk to the very cheap and efficient tram travel.

Unfortunatly , the restaurant was closed during our entire stay, so we mainly missed room service. They advertise the restaurant to be open from Monday to Friday, but when we arrived Friday evening at 20.00h, the restaurant was closed. They advertise turn down service, but did never take place. No real issue for us , but should not be advertised .

We booked the suite which was very nice, very spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. Nice view, good quality bathrobes and towels, comfortable bed. The suite came with free parking and free mini bar

Location is not so central, and the surrounding area does not match the grandeur of the hotel.

From the minute you enter the hotel you feel you are in a special palace. Sophisticated, great ambience, friendly staff and 10/10 breakfast.

Underground parking is good, but it could be cheaper for hotel guests, 500 CZK is quite a hefty sum. What I find extremely inconvenient is lights at the bathroom, you cannot use any small light, just very strong central lights.

Good location near center, but still calm street and calm sleep. Rich breakfast.
