The hotel is a small one, but it has everything I needed. The room is like an apartment with separate bedroom and living room. And is super spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, our apartment was very quiet and sleeping was fantastic. The breakfast is limited but you won't be hungry.And, location!

The staff is super lazy and annoying. On the day of arrival they will spam your phone number like a crazy ex, about your arrival and if you have a question and try to ask them, they will ignore it.

Wifi signal was bad in the room. I had to do some work staff and it was quite a challenge to find strong enough signal.

Apartment was nice. Clean and warm. The view from living room was to the pedestrian street and it was nice. Location is perfect.

- Not possible to park your car even remotely close by - I lost my notebook power unit in the room and despite contacting them regarding this I never heard back from them

-Staff was not so responsive. -We a have roof window which cannot be opened. We asked them to check and they said they will do. But they did not. And this room became unbearably warm so two people needed to sleep in the hallway… -No ventilator no AC, very warm in August. -It is a pain to look for parking around the hotel and the staff was not very helpful. The public one they told us has only very limited parking spaces.

The reception working hours were limited but it didn't affect us at all.

Location was great, the rest was fine! Staff was helpful to find also parking.

There are no reserved spot for parking. We had to walk a long way to the paid parking site. The hotel pillows were too soft for our liking. As for the breakfast, just the usual scramble eggs and toasts etc. Limited variety, just don't get the hope too high.

I love the deluxe double room, it was so spacious and way over our expectations. The hotel location is excellent, right at the shopping district. The staffs are very friendly and make us feel like home. The breakfast was simple and good if not much expectation.

The price-quality ratio was good. The breakfast was ok for the price paid for the room, it had the basics you would expect, there is enough variety. The fact that we were able to have it outside was nice and enjoyable. The location is perfect.

We had a room for 2 nights with windows at the back of the building where there was a damp smell and one of the mattresses was very worn.When we went to the reception to say that the room was not ok, the lady there told us that she had no room left, although in more than 24 hours we had not met anyone else in the hotel apart from the cleaning staff. We had to leave after the first night.

There were not communications from the receptionists, our beddings were changed after 7 nights, sometimes during the night vas very noisy from other people banging doors.

We like to visit Karlovi Vary. Location vas good, but we expected to have a room with wiew of the main road, not seeing the back wall.

I think 209euro for a night is too much for old furniture and a small old tv. No facilities to make tea and no parking. Poor breakfast.

Very comfortable bed, amazing view from the window, nice wooden floor, nice stairs and friendly staff.
