Nothing outstanding - in every way. The hotel is clean, everything is as represented in the images, and we were not dissatisfied; yet, we did not leave with a desire to return. The spa is private; you must schedule a time to use it, and it is not included in the price. The breakfast is good, and you will not go hungry, but the coffee would taste better with a smile or two from the staff.

The view is Wonderful. The place is a resort, so many services within the hotel to relax and enjoy your free time. Surrounded by nature, you can go for a hike or walk around the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really delicious with good prices.

All the TV channels were translated or spoken in the local language. Be aware if you will stay over Saturday and Sunday the Reception and the breakfast at the restaurant will be opened at 8.00!

We had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to check us in, but It looked like they was really busy. We also did not realise that children was allowed in the spa area. We probably would not have booked it if we knew, as screaming children running around kind of kills the relaxed vibe.

Really nice location next to the lake, clean rooms and not so far from the city center. There is a spa too which you can go in for an extra price. It is worthwhile if you want a little swim, time to relax in the jacuzzi and time in the sauna.

No lifts which is a disadvantage when you are travelling with small children and using a baby carriage. The breakfast offer was not very good.

It says lake view but all you see its parking spot and trees, restaurant food was below average as I had my favorite meal Ceasars salad was the worst one I ever ate. You get super tiny TV in the room. You have to pay extra to use swimming pool

The indoor wellness is not included in the hotel price and have to be book separately, only at certain hours, which was bit dissapointing.

The upper floor where the rooms are, is only accessible by stairs, which made it difficult for us as we could not use the baby stroller. Also no ramps from hotel parking through to the reception, stairs only.

Location on the lake shore, quiet and decent 3-star hotel, with very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good, from muesli to beans porridge and everything between. Room really well maintained, bathroom recently renovated and superbly clean, bed is very comfy. Everything went well, we had a good rest and would come again.

The mattresses and pillows are not bad, but it could be even better. In rest, everything was very good.

The hotel has a wonderful location, with a nice view to the lake. The rooms are simple, but clean, a correct 3*. The breakfast it's good and the SPA it's just great. It has a small pool and a jacuzzi, plus 2 saunas: a wet sauna and a dry sauna. It has also a free parking. The staff it's very helpful and welcoming and the bonus of the stay was the room with a view to the lake. Great price-quality ratio.

The linens were torn in some places unfortunately. They should change all linens and pillows to new ones.

The room was fairly clean, decent, cleanliness ok, but not wow. Breakfast was good and the view was the best part of the hotel. Private parking lot.
