I did not like the full parking place. It was difficult to find a free place to park outside. And the air-conditioning heating in the room is rather noisy.

The best part was the view from our room; the golf range was really beautiful. All staff were friendly, especially from the restaurant, as we don't eat pork, they're assisting us which one is safe for us to consume

I enjoyed the spa very much, especially in the morning as it was almost empty! The pool is a great size. The rooms were comfy, the food was excellent. I enjoyed spending a relaxing birthday at Hotel Diamant and thank the staff for their thoughtful gift!

Breakfast was delicious. There was big swimming pool and few saunas, I received a gift for my birthday which was a great experience. Location is close to the castle. Parking was for free. Room was great. I will come for next time.

Breakfast on Sunday morning… the breakfast was supposed to be till 10am and when I came at 9:10!! am almost everything was finished… trays were empty and they did not bring anything more except for a couple of eggs and only because some guests complained. At 9:30 the waiters were already cleaning up and it felt like We should just leave .. if breakfast is served till 10am I expect the same selection as at 8:00 am … the hotel and staff is very nice but breakfast was huge disappointment

Checking in and out weren't very quick, but it wasn't a big problem for us. If you're in a hurry, make sure to allot around ten minutes for the processes.

The staff were pleasant, the room was comfortable, and the wellness facility was sufficient. The sauna area had a great variety, and the pool area was big enough for the guests to have a place to relax. Small details in the room to make the stay comfortable were also at our disposal like sufficient towels, a comfortable bed, bedroom slippers, and quality toiletries. The hotel is dog friendly, too, which was a big plus to us! Breakfast was great, and outdoor parking was free. We will definitely come back!

For breakfast I would expect wider choice of hams, salami, cheese and also in a better quality, accoding to the hotel 5* and price. Also in case you wanted tea and someone else was preparing coffee or pouring a juce, you had to wait quite a long time before you got to the corner for hot water. Also there was missing spare cutlery. Shower is in bathtub, but forget about comfortable shower, the bathtub quite far from the showerhead, so to get your shower, you need to stand in the edge of bathtub. In spa, there is no place where to put your towel, bathrobe or glasses. Even I always folded my stuff and put my glasses on the top of the towel, I found it few times kicked on the floor. Very inconvenient. The sauna relax room is next to the entrance to spa and you hear the door banging all the time, also the door to the relaxing area are very noisy - squeaking and banging. Not really calm place to relax after sauna. According to high price you pay for stay of your dog (cost me the same as stay in dog hotel) I would expect dog bed together with food and drink bowls to be prepared in the room.

I appreciate very friendly staff and perfect cleanness. Spa was nice even it was quite small. Nice pool area and bar. I really liked availability of cosmetic products in the spa changing room. There was body lotion, hair products and even deo spray. Food in hotel restaurant was really delicious. Even I had my room with balcony over the main road, there was no noise heard in my room from passing cars. With this side of a hotel, I had nice view over golf course. Good about this hotel is, that you may also take your dog with you. This place is about 10 min walk from Hluboká chateau and it´s beautiful park. I chose this place very last minute as I needed to get out of the town and have some nice and relaxing spa weekend and it perfectly met my expectations, even in my opinion there is still room for improvement, think most of the guest did not mind those few things I did not like about the hotel.

maybe, a little too much chlorine in the pool water. Also I would comply on communications between personel and guests. I was provided with general informations during checkin. However, the information was too general. I missed some details like the fact that towels for swimming pool are available in SPA front desk; the "welcome drink" I was offered I had to choose from enlisted and I should inform the barman about it in front ( I choose 2 x Chivas and.. on the end of my staying I had to pay for it). Another point is the pricing for staying. When I booked I got the price in Euro which I accepted. unfortunately, on the end of my staying I was asked to pay in CZK. Earning in EURO all my cards work with EURO. Hotel charged me in CZK to reach the level of agreed prices in EURO (regardless the current rate). the hotel has no option to charge my card in Euro and for transaction I had to pay 2% extra only for currency exchange by Mastercard. Please be aware that such situation makes some difficulties when you apply for reimbursement. Financial departments have some difficulties with understanding simple cases.

Somehow, our reservation on Booking was active, but the hotel had it as canceled in their system. If they did not have rooms available, we might have had to go home.

Unfortunately, some of the hotel’s staff were not very pleasant. Starting with the restaurant where we almost got yelled at that we did not make a reservation, got served in a wrong order and our child got pet like a dog w/o any permission. And the top was a lady at the reception desk who made me feel like she was almost doing me a favor every time she talked to me. It is very sad, because that is exactly what makes a difference and they ruined it for the others who were extremely professional, helpful and nice to our family.

Bidet toilet seat in the room’s bathroom did not work properly and was slightly worn out. Svickova in overpriced restaurant was accompanied with disappointing brown sauce. Local beer that they had on tap was not a best example of Czech beers.
