The staff at Residence Agnes is spectacular from the moment you step out of the car. They ushered us in to a table in their courtyard and got us a drink immediately. Once we had settled, they then brought over the check in paperwork. We had a long travel day and this made a huge positive impression on us. They were t out of their way the whole time to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. It was the best service I have ever had.

We stayed at the Agnes while visiting Prague this last April (2024). From the minute we announced our late arrival (which was handled by 24/7 gracious reception) till the late checkout (again handled by the super friendly staff) every request, wish and desire was met with patience and helpfulness. The staff itself speaks perfect English so it was ao easy to communicate our needs. The hotel is located in a perfect location with walking distance to every important landmark. The staff has sat with us the first night to discuss our plans and schedule while offering great tips and suggestions to help us reserve restereraunts and concerts in the local area. The room itself was a beautiful top room with plenty of space and gorgeous and well equipped bathroom and shower. The breakfast was excellent comprising of many dishes and when we missed cottage cheese (which we are used to from our home country) or the gluten free bread - the staff has went out of their way to get us on the next day! Such devotion and hospitality is truly rare and appreciated. Each time we walked in the lobby we were suggested wither delicious coffee or wine. For the checkout, the hotel has scheduled us a complementary ride to the airport to our convenience. I would highly recommend the Agnes hotel and will surely stay at it when I'm next in Prague!

Amazing hotel, the team here could not do enough for you. A warm welcome with information on the area, greeted with drinks and snacks when returning to the hotel. They provided a complementary lift to the Prague castle which was really appreciated. The breakfast was lovely lots of options and the hotel rooms were spotlessly clean.

Our home away from home was perfect and helped make our first visit to Prague truly special. The service was beyond anything we have ever experienced - special thanks to the owner, Frank and his team Lucie, Viktoria, Lukas, Stefan and other family & staff with spot on recommendations and unparalleled attentiveness, from a complimentary pickup from the train station to a welcome reception, a lovely breakfast, and drinks to wind down the day- offered from the heart with hard work & personalized attention to all their guests. Exceptionally customer-friendly, helpful, and hospitable staff. Prime location in the heart of Prague, close to great restaurants, pubs, clubs, and sightseeing hotspots; yet still quiet and far enough from the touristy fuss. A spacious, clean, and noise-free room with a nice view. Full of "being at home" vibes--getting surprised by an occasional gift, an advice, or a complimentary service at the front desk. A true gem!

To be honest the bed wasn't very comfortable. But I didn't complain while we were staying - judging from the rest of our experience, they might have even offered to change rooms. Rated 10/10 anyway since everything else was perfect.

This hotel has an excellent location, the whole city is within walking distance and some of the best restaurants are just around the corner. Still they offered us a private ride to the castle, which saved us time. Agnes is one of the very few hotels in Prague city center that offers parking, which was helpful, but the most extraordinary thing about this establishment was the staff. Everyone was very warm, welcoming and helpful. It was a kind of hospitality experience I had forgotten about. Would recommend 100%.
