We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Polanda'la cart restaurant - extremally small portions, limited choice, you remain hungry all-you can eat buffet - poor quality food and limited choice bed too small with single mattrasse - when you turn in bed, the other person feels the movement of the mattrasse you come across a lot of casino-goers - rather unsophisticated variety of people... hotel is remote, far from the city staff does not speak English for the most part

Breakfast is very good and enjoyable. Dinner is very good. Room was very nice and clean. Also the service in the restaurant was excellent! We were able to enjoy the swimming pool as well.

AustriaThe receptionist was not so friendly, we arrived 13:30 hrs and since it is not possible to check in right away we asked if we can use the pool. Her answer right away was NO but she said we can try at 14:00 hrs. So basically she did not even try to consult her Supervisor. Our friends already started swimming way early than us as they arrived before lunch, one of the receptionists allowed them. Hotel management should have the same rule for everyone. Kindly note that we are regular costumers and we visit maybe 6 or more times a year. We also bring friends. The waitress was not able to speak German or English so our ordered food were not the correct one, although they apologize but it took a while before they served the new ones. The wrong food served were for kids so they waited for too long. But I just want to mention that she was very friendly and nice so I hope next time, the one to serve us should speak at least one of the languages mentioned. Overall our stay was so pleasant and we will come back again soon!
The room and facility were great, my kids loved the swimming pool!
