The stairs towards the main road could be very steep. Not recommended for any drunken shenanigans prior to the return to the guest house.

Locating in a nice and quiet residential area. The host was very friendly and cooperative and the room was very clean. Highly recommended and will definitely book it again when staying in Brno for a trip.

This is my 3rd stay here and it's better than ever. Located at the top of Schodova, you can go down the steps and immediately walk across to Luzanky Park. Going in the other direction, a short walk up the hill brings you to a small local supermarket, a spacious pub restaurant and the Mendel University campus. Continue walking and you'll come to a tram stop from which you can take a No. 9 tram into the centre. Also near the tram stop is Cafe ERA, a great cafe restaurant that is popular with locals. The whole area is a wonderful neighbourhood and houses/flats here are much sought after.

It's probably the most comfiest bed I have slept in. The woman there was extremely friendly and polite, and it's located very close to the garden and square. I would highly recommend and if I go back to Brno, I would be more than happy to return .

There was no shampoo, only shower gel and soap, not a big problem but still. And no sockets near bed. Also there are huge steps near accommodation, please be aware of it.

Good room with everything needed (fridge, microwave, even stovetop). In -6 C outside it was warm in the room. Good WI-FI for watching streamings. Located really close to city center.

- mattress is extremely soft - you can hear noises from the hall and anybody who's entering accommodation is walking past your window (room no. 1)

- good location - fast WiFi - good enough for working - friendly staff during the check in - bathroom was modern and spotless clean - safe - good lighting outside of the property if you're coming back in the dark

Outstanding Stay First and foremost, the location of Ubytování v Brně is simply perfect. Its central position allowed me to easily explore the beauty of Brno. Everything was just amazing. It was my 2nd stay there and it feels like home away from home) Quiet location close to the old town, super friendly staff. The room is fully equipped ( little fridge, hair dryer, tv, air conditioner) with a bunch of storage place. Perfect place to stay for a solo traveler😊

A bit noise sensitivity. We heard the people above us walking around (in the evening to late at night). TV only had local channels nothing international.

High quality room, materials look very new (A/C is a life saver during this period). Spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. Great showers! WiFi was good. Small kitchenette in the common area was very useful. The hosts are really nice just barely speak English (man speaks a bit German). We walked to the city center (didn’t need the bus) about 20 minutes walk. Nice park 2 minutes walk from the property. Small but private parking spot behind a gate. There is a small sitting area just at the entrance.

Cozy and comfortable room with a fridge, air conditioner and tv. Big and nice private bathroom. The kitchen was very convenient for a traveler who doesn't like to eat outside). Beautiful garden view from the room. 15 min walk from the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This is my 3rd stay here and it remains comfy and cosy. I was able to get my work done thanks to the excellent wifi. I was also able to chill out in the spacious back garden.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I guess for those who like softer mattresses it might do the trick. Other than that everything was top notch, especially considering the reasonable price.

It was very quiet, close to a nice park and the University. The gentleman was kind to allow me in earlier than the indicated check in time and explained everything thoroughly. The little shared kitchen was a nice addition.

Everything was perfect.

It was a pleasant break from hostels on my long trip - I liked that I had a private bathroom and a shower, and the place was spotlessly clean. After a month in hostels, it was great to have a clean place that was peaceful and quiet. The owner Martin and I understood each other very well. He was a great host.
