A small additional element would be a tea or coffee maker in the room but that's all I can suggest.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and variety from cheese to yogurt and cooked eggs and sausages including Czech specialities Every morning you are offered a coffee (Julius Miele) and the staff are very courteous and friendly. I loved the park and walkway by the river which allows a nice quiet location for your stay. There are several nice cafes and restaurants a few minutes walk and the hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the centre and about 20 minutes from the Karolina shopping centre. I enjoyed my five nights and certainly will stay there again.

There is no elevator, so guests with heavy suitcases may have a problem to carry luggage to higher floors. I believe that hotel staff may be of needed help.

This was the second stay and similarly to the first one, it was relaxing stay in comfort of this small retro hotel. Although located near center of Ostrava, it is a quiet place with a large park on one side. There is a nice small restaurant (Restaurace Dama Pykova) nearby, just five minutes walk. Parking on the street is available before late afternoon, when people living around start to return home.

Hotel is located well, walking distance from the center and close to the motorway. The staff was super friendly! Apartments are very big and well equiped.

The quiet position opposite the park is ideal, and only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The staff is very kind and always willing to help. Breakfast buffet is very good quality and it offers a wide choice of food. The room I was given was very big and silent as I had originally required.

I don't breakfast (coffee only which was freshly prepared), however my partner was little disappointed with the quality of food despite a wide selection of items.

Absolutely superb customer service above all - my flight (and therefore train connection) was delayed but the communication with the receptionist (Lily) was fantastic. She made sure I got detailed description how to enter the property after check in hours which took a lot of pressure off. Very nice welcome from the manager/owner in the morning coming down for a breakfast, very friendly and tentative. Great location near the river and city centre, definitely check out the DOCK bar about 10mins walk along the river.

We got only one key, so it caused some difficulties with two almost adult kids, the bathroom was jn one of the room (we got the two rooms apaartment)

The location is great, near the park and riber, close to the main centre, the restuarant Dama Pykova is 200 meter from the hotel, highly recommended

The breakfast was very good, the personal very helpful and friendly. The friendly atmosphere let you feel like at home. Very nice terrace for the breakfast and good coffee. The hotel is situated in the green area, so that it is the perfect place to take a rest after a long driving.

The breakfast at the hotel left something to be desired. Unfortunately, there were no vegan options available, which was disappointing for me personally, as I do enjoy incorporating vegan meals into my diet from time to time. It would be beneficial if the hotel could consider adding vegan choices to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences. Additionally, I must mention that the rooms are in need of renovation. While they served their purpose adequately, some updates would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

The location of the property is truly remarkable! It's situated in a prime spot where everything you need is within walking distance. Despite its central location, the property maintains a surprising sense of tranquility, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We were delighted to find that our room was incredibly spacious, and it exceeded our expectations. It's worth mentioning that we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately we never got to try the sauna or other wellness facilities because there was an event taking place on our second day.

Staff were very friendly and sent a message beforehand to check. They even made sure I was able to stay in the same room when even though I had to book two different rooms across the two days. Room and hotel was very clean and it definitely had that retro feel. Breakfast was the usual continental style and quite decent.
