Limited number of parking spots available in the private area. Street parking is not absolutely safe - last night one of guests cars was looted. So always ask private parking.

I asked a question before the coming, it wasn’t answered. I booked double bed and we found the room unprepared, the host merged two single beds however during night they got split again in a couple is very uncomfortable to sleep.

Liked the idea of having Welness&Spa as mentioned in the main view of description, to find out that it’s on additional cost. Not included in the already expensive hotel price.

When we checked in according to the reservation at 18:00, the room was not ready. We waited until the bed was made.

My single room was on the top floor, and as others have said the slanting roof beams can create space issues, including using the loo! What's more, and this is probably related, there were issues with the water pressure, which I mentioned to the owner in the morning. Also the heating in my room wasn't working, although that was fixed by the time I returned in the evening. I've slept in more comfortable beds too.

It's a nice small hotel in a period villa building and it respects the building's heritage. The location is in an area full of similar buildings and a nice park The Polish Consulate is around the corner in a similar building. What's more, there is an aquapark just across the road, so I think this would be a very good choice in summer (although my room at least did not have aircon). Breakfast was pretty good at this level of hotel, and included some nice home-made pastries.

For me the most important thing is how clean the hotel is. I dont mind if it is outdated (and it is), but it has to be clean. This hotel isn't. Brooms are standing near the main entrance. Bathroom- outdated, dirty. The bed had very unpleasant smell. And I mean it. Beddings were torn. I have booked free parking space, but was offered place in the street. The funniest thing- before leaving, in the morning, we came to reception to pay for the stay. Booking was made on booking.com platform and was guaranteed with the credit card. Manager assured us, that he will deduct our credit card and no need to pay right now. So we left. Later we had a message from the owner, stating he had a problem deducting our credit card. I asked for the bank details and next morning made a bank transfer for the stay. But, after giving negative review on booking.com, manager accused us of 'running away without payment". So think before booking:)

There was no elevator and we had to carry our heavy bags up four flights of stairs.

It has a good on the position on the edge of town, by the river and with easy access to main roads. This is a very traditional Czech hotel. It was very quiet at night. The owners were very accommodating to our late arrival and were very helpful. There is free parking on the street outside the hotel.

The breakfast wasn't good. It was cold in the room and also it was super cold in the bathroom.

Rooms had enough space, the owner was super welcoming and left tea as we asked before arriving. Beds were comfortable.

An unpleasant smell in the toilet and bathroom - something is definitely wrong with the sewage system in the building.

A slightly early check in to freshen up before appointments in town was impossible. There was never anyone at reception when I needed them (which let to an unfortunate incident for both me and staff). No air conditioning. No curtains that do anything to block out light. Outdated in all regards. Towels made of cardboard.

Poor wifi, after checking in and testing the connection, few minutes later the router seemed to not respond anymore.

The location is accessible by walk or tram. And even though the arrival was outside the opening hours, the reception was ready for it. Decent breakfast with several options to choose.
