We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesNo elevator! I had to lug my heavy luggage up close to 20 steps once inside the hotel just to get to the lobby and the deck-in desk, and then another 25 or so up to the second floor from there, where my simple, but adequate, room was located.
The lady at the check-in desk went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She stayed after hours to make sure I got in O.K. on arrival, and agreed to get my laundry done within 24 hrs of me giving it to her when I checked in. The location of the hotel is central to Marianske Lazne, and there is a good restaurant on the lower level of the hotel, which makes it very convenient to eat there.

Czech RepublicWe were disappointed with the restaurant. We asked for a wine bottle that was not opened until the main dishes were served. And there was a mistake with what I requested as the main dish. I pointed out this to the waitress and instead of an apology, the waitress complained to me, I decided not to argue and accept what I was served.
The hotel is very well located and our room was superb. The reception staff were fantastic, making our stay at the hotel and the city a very pleasant experience.

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel at perfect location in the centrum of Mariáske Lazne. The weather was really bad (raining and cold), so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the nice view from the terrace to the town. Everything was clean and it looked almost like the hotel was brand new even though the building originates from the second half of the 19th century. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was also very extensive and served in the stylish restaurant downstairs. Parking was available at the hotel yard for extra price 125CZK per night.

Czech RepublicI had an Apartment type with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms was big and amazing bath! I needed to take a bath so much, I spent in it like 2 hours! I was in the mid of December and it was cold outside, but inside it was very warm + you could change the temperature in the apartment yourself. Breakfast was good as well, although it wasn’t too much of warm food choice. But I loved cheese. Personally, I missed an omelette a lot :)

The placement of the hotel is ideal for those who want to stay in the center of Marianske Lazne. You can reach everything by foot and enjoy the town without having to use a car. The hotel itself is extremely cozy and clean. The restaurant with its breakfast is amazing! We will be happy to come back again, thanks for the pleasant stay!

We stayed 10days at one of the apartments hotel offers. Service options offered by the hotel will be meeting any need of any customer (WiFi, parking, amazing breakfast, but also fine dining) and warm, kind service provided by lady at reception. Reception is not however working 24/7 like in other hotels, but there is an option calling for help if needed. Without any doubts the lady at reception made our vacation even more relaxing althought we were traveling with small kids. During our stay there were few events outside, but we heard nothing and we all slept well. Hotel is near by the most visited Kolonada with all the springs near by, many restaurants, Cafe & sweet shops, adventures and many other opportunities to rest and recharge your batteries. I do highly recommend the hotel and also hoping we will come back soon.
