“The property was designed with so much love and care. It was clear that the hosts love being hosts. So many thoughtful touches included a well-appointed kitchen, plentiful basic supplies (oil, spices, etc.) to cook with, multiple candies and treats hidden around, and fun bonuses like a guitar and a Nintendo Switch. I booked last minute due to a train break down and was over the moon to have found such a great place for me and my two young children.”

There’s an onsite shop which sells very nice organic/bio food and drink and the staff there were patient with our bad German!”
“Nothing like wake up on Saturday, open the front door and have a nice walk in the middle of the colourful street market at the heart of Uelzen. The location could not be better - even if car drivers might be annoyed for having to park their vehicles away. The breakfast included in the price was almost perfect, with diverse options of bread, marmelade, cheese, tea. However, the eggs and bacon were even in the early hours of the morning cold. The room was equipped with safe, TV (no stream of Bundesliga matches but a variety of the most conventional channels) and a water kettle - simple things that are not taken for granted among hotels.”
