The air conditioning in our first room was not working, and they immediately changed our room.

Facilities in the room were pretty satisfying. Even wine glasses were there. Very clean, comfortable room. Especially bathroom was great.

There was no parking available in the hotel's lot. I parked in the nearest parking garage "Parkhaus am Theater" which came recommended by the hotel, but it was quite tight for larger vehicles. The absence of staff after 5pm made me a little nervous for a late check in, but it worked out fine in the end.

Great location near the university and old town center. The room was small but very comfortable. Even though my room faced the street, it was nice and quiet. The hotel interior is very modern and attractive, and they serve a good breakfast!

I arrived at 10pm at night and was apprehensive about the code and get key system. It did work well mind you. However getting the message and code midday on the day of arrival is a bit late.

Not having any humans at the front desk at check in time or managing the hotel during the night weirded me out. We are used to having a human presence in a hotel 24 hours a day for safety reasons. Parking was inconvenient but probably understandable for an inter city hotel.

The interior of the hotel was very attractive and the breakfast was very good.

We had some issues in receiving information regarding the keys (there were technical problems): I had to telephone the property myself (late check-in) on the day of our check-in to receive the required information; but is was solved before our arrival. The room was very hot (ground flour); but the property had foreseen 2 fans.
