The outdoor area was dirty and not a pleasant place to sit.

The hotel was handy to the airport with a regular shuttle bus, except for certain hours which you had to call the hotel and organise it to pick you up. The beds and shower were good. A good hotel airport

We had requested a double bed but received two twin beds pushed together with separate bedding on each.

The shuttle service was excellent, the restaurant service and meals exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and the reception staff were friendly.

We booked this hotel which is close to the airport as we had a early morning flight the next day . The beds were large. The dinner was about 16 Euros and worth it , it was a very extensive buffet+ selected main course .The kids' meal was about 12 Euros ,my children enjoyed the dessert section the most ! There is a very large shopping center right next to this hotel ,whether it is clothes or food there is everything you can think of . The free airport shuttle was a huge plus point especially early morning time ,the driver was very helpful with the luggage.

Wanted more coffee for additional stay, but none arrived . No way to get in touch with housekeeping.

As discribed. We upgraded our room from last visit. Wanted coffee in room . Was pleased with breakfast and services. Paddleball was a bonus. Enjoyed the large outdoors also.

The spa in the hotel was lovely but it wasn't mentioned that by using the facilities would incur a 10 euro charge for every visit and also a 3 euro fee for a bath cap that is compulsory.

This location to the airport was great. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very handy and the huge supermarket and surrounding shops close by were a bonus.

The room was “non-smoking”, but it smelt of cigarette in a very heavy way. The shuttle was a very appreciated service, but the black van was very dirty.

The spa is wonderful for 10 Euro plus bathing cap for 3 Euro. Great shuttle service to and from airport.

There were no amenities inside the room - drinking water, toiletries. Staff said we can't request for jugs of water from the restaurant to bring to our room so we bought a 1.5 litre of bottle of water from the bar for 3€, which was only 55 cents in convenience stores. Also, the a/c wasn't blowing cool air in the room, probably couldn't cope with the 28 degree days while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay at Alexandre Frontair Congress. It's close to the airport (handy for our next flight), shuttle service was very useful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we need facilities-wise. The bed was a good size too. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. There was a pool and spa facilities which were extra services available for a fee but we didn't have time for a swim or soak. Breakfast buffet (extra fee) was good value for money with the selection on offer.

It's very close to the airport (for one night stay), It's close to Alcampo (Grocery store). The restaurant has excellent breakfast and excellent buffet for dinner. It has private parking (extra fees)

Our room was close to the lift so quite noisy overnight. Collecting our personal data upon arrival such as passport numbers was invasive & unnecessary.

The hotel was just "cold" and in no atmosphere. The restaurant is under bright lights and feels like a canteen. Good for a nights sleep close to the airport, nothing more.
