The breakfast buffet is okay, nothing exceptional. Dinner in the hotel was overpriced for what it was.

Amazing stuff, very friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in an impressive, beautiful, old castle-like building. The pool and the sauna were great. The hotel is far from the center but in a very interesting part of Berlin.

There was an event transforming the hotel into a club atmosphere one of the nights during our stay. The music went very late. We were not given warning until the day of and of course we would have stayed elsewhere had we known. While guests of the hotel were “invited”, we were also expected to pay the table bottle service fee, and it was very clearly for youth…so invited but not. Just check for any events scheduled before booking.

The hotel property is exceptionally beautiful and well designed. Staff was attentive and professional. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it is easy to get to city center. Food was wonderful and overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Everytywas perfect! The staff kind and friendly, our puppy cocker spaniel was also taken care of. We loved the design and the atmosphere .

More food choices on bar and room service menue would be even better.

Large, comfortable room, quiet, leafy location but just 5 min drive to Kudamm. Great for kids, with a swimming pool and other families staying to make friends.

Here and there the hotel could visually be in a better shape and the some of the staff members didn't speak either English nor German. It didn't disturb us.

Beautiful hotel with everything one would wish for a visit to Berlin. Great room with every possible equipment, pool/ spa area, nice breakfast restaurant, bar with great drinks and snacks/ food. Very friendly staff.

we missed a slightly better restaurant, but preferably with light local dishes. Nice to eat in the bar area. Relaxed.

Nothing, just our recommendations: I would recommend to change the quality of sweet bakery at breakfast and also add some greens (lettuce leaves, spinach and etc.)

We delighted with the hotel. Everything was great: - Amazing design interior - High quality of decoration and plumbing equipment - Comfortable and nice Spa area - Tasty breakfast - Pleasant service - Very good housekeeping - Private parking - cool DJ performed at the bar in the evening We will definitely come to Shlosshotel Berlin by Patrick Hellmann again.

Breakfast serviced seem a little strained at times. Food was of great quality however usually the cooked breakfast came out cold and was placed on top of soggy bread. Still would recommend only a light improvement on breakfast.

Excellent Hotel. Room Great. Staff Great. The Room, Staff, Spa, Amenities are of exceptional quality, a real 5 star hotel.

Everything was perfect!

It was our art tour to Berlin with my husband. The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! It is a piece of art itself. The building is an ancient mansion reconstructed and rebuilt. Every moment we enjoyed the beauty of the place with lot’s of paintings and antiques. We were also made a complimentary upgrade at the reception for the suit which was very sweet. We also enjoyed the silence if the place. Our stay was fantastic!!!!!!!

The room is smaller than the size that appears on the site The spa was not working and they did not announce it in advance. Moreover, they kept telling us that the spa will be opened in two days...After 7 nights, it was still not opened.

The room is very confy and good looking, the bathroom is large and very clean.

Worse bar/catering service I ever had in my life. I'll try to explain why: 1) I've asked for a beer, noone came in 20 minutes.. 2) I've asked again, guy brought a wrong one... 3) I've asked one more time, guy said he will bring a menu to make sure if I need exact one (by the way they don't have a great choise of beers).... 4) without bringing a menu, he brings beer again wrong one.... Out of 3 attempts of bringing one ordered beer he did 4 times wrong. Other bar services are also totally silly. Reception told me that they are lacking good personell, I can understand that, however in that case don't use five stars hotel name, take one star off, make it four... find a proper people, train them correctly, and after you are 5 star hotel again. hotel is great, bar/catering spoils the taste.

Buidling itself is stunnig, just marvelous interiors, and location. Will come there again with a great pleasure, perfect staff at reception, everyone is very correct, friendly and really willing to help. Strongly recomended
