The only possible downside would be the main hotel having no elevator, so any visitors with heavy luggage mobility issues should take that into account - it didn't affect us in any way though

Truly one of the most pleasant stays we ever had at any hotel, anywhere. The views from the hotel balconies were simply stunning, the interior comfortable and tastefully designed, and the location perfect for exploring the Old Town and going to the Rupertus Therme. The staff were also friendly and breakfast was great as well. Just wonderful all in all

There was some dust and some spider webs in the room, and a big spider on the curtain.

Breakfast was good but I think they can give more stuff on buffe. Also I needed a little fridge for drinks and food but they didnt have one 😕

People are so nice and friendly, rooms are clean and good equipped. The view from room was so beautiful and I would definitely go back 😇

Nice and comfortable small hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is good, perhaps to add some "warm" meal options, as they usually have in German hotels (eggs, sausages, bacon...).

Of the 3 rooms we booked, we requested one room with two seperate beds. This request was not fulfilled.

Location was great with about a 5 minute walk to the Spa and town. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel room (comfort single) was very clean and spacious, with a balcony with mountain views. It had a coffee maker, kettle, small frig, unlimited water (sparkling or plain). The included breakfast was extensive- birches muesli, other cereals, breads, cakes, jams, juices, coffee,tea, boilled egg, meats, cheeses, salmon. There is a small lounge and terrace with 24/7 tea, coffee and water. Luggage storage was available. It is well located 5 minutes from trains and bus and 5 minutes from Rupurtus Spa and Old Town. Great base for hiking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice building, typical from the area, close to the village center. Large, clean rooms, nicely equiped. The village itself is really nice, with green areas, restaurants serving local food, shops, ... Great atmosphere. Excellent breakfast as well.

The mattress is not so comfortable. The bathroom is quite small. Unfortunately, there is hardly anything for vegans, also no fruit, despite the generally lush selection at the breakfast buffet.

The staff is super friendly, the breakfast plentiful, the room had a balcony with a view of the mountain. Very quiet location.

There is nothing I did not like about the hotel. This was my second visit in the last four years and the standards had been maintained from the previous visit.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area which is close to the town and has its own parking. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a patio area over looking an out door seating area which we used as the weather was very warm. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Booking in and out was easy and the staff very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

All was just fine. I have no negative comments.

The spacious room with a separate lounge area. The balcony with lovely views of the mountains. The coffee and tea making facilities in the room and sparkling water machine for filling water bottles. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the Rupertus Therme and the railway and bus station. The location on a quiet street. This is our second visit and we will certainly visit again in the future.

at the check in I got the info that the water in the shower mist run for 5-10 min for hot water, which was correct. But ok, it's an old villa

Tiny bathrooms, especially for two people.

Staff wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet very good, nice selection of everything. Location very very quiet, just a short walk though from center. The only "negative" thing, rooms and especially bathrooms very small due to conversion of old villa into hotel which is very common in Europe.

Some of the staff were not friendly or helpful on some occasions. Told us rather rudely that the gondola to the top of the mountain was closed because it was Christmas, but it was open all day. Made it seem like it was a stupid question for us to ask. Maybe because it was the holidays they had other people working the front desk who would not normally be there.

Beautiful hotel, modern design. Great location if you're using the spa in the city.
