Old but very neatly kept. Bathroom was small, but functional.

About 3 blocks from Potsdamer platz. In between two u-bahn stations. Many restaurants and Grocery shops around. Rooms neat and clean. Staff friendly as can be expected.

WiFi was not working properly. On the morning of my departure, the room was very cold and the heater was not working.

Overall it was clean and comfortable.

The heating was not working, the room was freezing and they didn't change my room, the solution was given an extra blanket.

The heating was broken, so it was very, very cold and there was only a thin duvet. I slept with a pullover on, a scarf and a beanie. The room smelled sourish and had stains on the carpet and the bedside table. The bathroom is across the corridor and there were young people running loudly back and forth the corridor, shouting to each other, knocking on the doors of their friends, so it was difficult to find a time to cross the corridor at night feeling safe. Also it was very loud through the night. On the floor I was first at the 4th floor there was very loud music and the wifi was bad. It was a little better on the second floor but still it was a terrible stay.

The people at the counter were friendly (even though they couldn't help with anything).

They didn’t had hot water, supposedly it broke down, and I asked them many times when they will fix it, but unable to give me an answer, so I had to interrupt my stay, took my things and left

The room for 4 people was kind of small and we only had 1 electrical outlet with extension. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Location is great, only 10-15 minutes from the city center. Staff was ok, they let us use the luggage room for frre before and after our stay and they also answered our questions; they are very formal. Cleaning staff was also very nice.

Not clean , so warm no AC No Vans nothing to make it cooler and if you open the window cuz there is no net to get the mosquitoes away away you are in an complicated situation

Had to barricade the door. Cleaning service stole change from room. No AC, poor ventilation, stains on the floor and outside a strip club - €12 or 45 minutes from city center.

The location is very noisy and strange clubs, pubs are nearby. The wifi was nearly non existent.

Hotel is located very near Potsdammer Platz and not too far from U2. You walk to the park or ZOO. There is a lot of shops and restaurants on the street.

The rooms are terrible for this price! It looks like they "bumped up the price" to look more attractive and less suspicious. You can find much better and SAFER apartments elsewhere! The overall experience of the hotel is BAD. We did not feel safe at this place, and that probably sums it up. The room doors are not suitable for a hotel room, more for a bathroom (thin and light). Rooms are crammed with beds. TV is smaller than some laptop screens. Bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo look like leftovers from someone before. The "visible" parts of the room were clean, but areas under the curtain or beds were not. The parking space is hardly accessible with a Golf, because of the curved slope road, and I would not try to park there with a bigger car as you might scratch it! Also, the parking is overcrowded with rats because of the garbage bins!

We booked and paid for 3 nights, and the employees were helpful and collaborative in paying us back for 2 nights that we canceled after some back-and-forth chat with them.

The staff were extremely rude. I went out in the evening for dinner and came back later that night. I came back with my husband and my cousin that was staying in the same hotel but a different room. The receptionist stopped us and started accusing us that we are trying to smuggle my cousin in our room and how we can’t do that because the room is for two people. I was shocked … we explained to him that she is in a different room but he was accusing us of lying ! When we looked at our reservation it was obvious that we all had rooms booked and that he was falsely accusing us but he didn’t even apologise. Also WE HAD NO HOT WATER in the toilet!!! I COULDN’T TAKE A SHOWER!! 2 days…

We did not have any breakfast. I was thirsty in the middle of the night and I couldn’t even buy a water from the vending machine because it didn’t take card.

Very basic but as expected for the price point and I was pleased with the private shower/bathroom facilities.

Location as it was within east walking distance of key locations and metro train lines . The private bathroom was helpful and the bed comfortable. Noise was low as I was located at the rear of the property away from the club below and the Main Street

Bathroom, nowhere to charge, not safe etc. Uploaded few pictures here, there's a table and a chair but nowhere to plug phones or laptop, there's dirt in the bathroom, unsafe hence the chairs by the door and multiple times, someone kept trying to come in

Honestly, I can't say what exactly I liked. I booked before checking the reviews and i was extremely disappointed.

The name of the hotel confuses a little, as the Potsdamer Platz is around 18 minutes walk away from it. There was no air conditioning and the temperature in the room was too hot on a hot summer day. Outside there was a lot of noise by people almost the whole night and early morning.
