To not have a mini-fridge in the room and also not be able to store the kids milk in a fridge. They also couldn't provide ice or milk to my 2y old daughter (it was a holiday and everything as closed). The breakfast is super expensive for what it is. There was no way for heating my oat milk as they have no microwave, oven... They must improve their kitchen facilities.

the location is amazing, couldn't be better. Very quiet also, despite the fact that it is in the city center. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Perfect for a family of 4. The kids had their own bunkbeds in a separate room.

The room was really warm at night, and with no air conditioning we had to have the window open which meant it was quite noisy given the location on the Rathaus square

It was a little difficult to find so more detailed instructions might have helped us. We first went to the wrong hotel next door. But other than it took us a bit to find the location, it was wonderful.

The person who greeted us at the reception was delightful! The hotel and the rooms were very quaint and made us feel like we were in old Germany. It was very close to dining and shopping and allowed us to get a great view of Ulm.

Had a great stay here, a quick walk to the Christmas markets, location was perfect for our overnight stay. The family room had plenty of room and a good size bathroom. We all enjoyed the breakfast.

It was very very noisy on the Friday night. Not the hotel's fault but you should be aware if you are staying over weekend that there is a cocktail bar right by the hotel that is very noisy with people standing outside talking loudly until late into the night. The bathroom in the first room assigned to use had see through glass doors so you would see the person in the shower or on the toilet. The second room was much nicer but only one of the radiators was working. The other two were not.

The location was good for central city access. The customer service was very good and the staff was very accommodating in changing us to a room with a normal bathroom with a door. The breakfast was good.

There was no lift, so go with small luggage!

It´s an amazing and charming hotel built in a well located place, inside the historical area of the city. Room was confortable, and coffee was nice.

My room had a heating issue, resulting in some discomfort due to the cold in the morning. The explanation was that the general heater was located on the first floor and not in the room. While the breakfast was satisfactory, there was a downside as they lacked sufficient vegetarian options :/

The location is excellent and the room, which was both clean and comfortable, contributed to a pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

There is a bar on the ground floor of the hotel that had VERY noisy patrons there for some kind of sports match. It was a Saturday night, so they were outside our windows making a LOT of noise until 2 AM. It was almost impossible to get to sleep, unfortunately. The room was beautiful except that it had a very weird clear glass door on the bathroom so that you're completely visible sitting on the toilet. We bumped into the glass more than once. I would recommend putting some kind of film on the window so that people in the room can't see you on the toilet. Our GPS also had trouble directing us out of the old town--it kept taking us to barriers that cars couldn't pass through. But that's not the hotel's fault!

The staff was very welcoming. It seems to be a family-run business, and they were very helpful. We were fortunate to have reserved a parking spot in the space directly in back of the hotel, which was very convenient. (Though there was also parking available in a garage that is very near the hotel.) The room was quite large and pleasant and the windows looked out onto beautiful buildings in the heart of the old city. Breakfast was very, very good. German friends had all kind of rolled their eyes when we said we were going to stay in Ulm, but the old city was really very charming! I wish we had allowed more time for visiting. There's a lot to see.

The on site parking is limited but there is very good underground park close by that is not too expensive.

The location is great, at the edge of the old city and east walking to all that the old city offers.

Airco in the room was kind of loud so impossible to keep it running during the night.

At night the noise from the restaurants below is a bit disturbing. We couldn't shut the windows because of the hot weather.

Renovated Hotel. Location excellent. Breakfast superb. Mrs KLEIN once again made our stay even more pleasant. Mrs KLEIN, with her positive attitude, friendliness and good sense of humour went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

The Internet was poor, and a nearby bar was noisy.

Excellent location to visit the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and well equipped room. Good breakfast.. Parking in nearby public carpark was fairly cheap and convenient.

Everything was good to excellent. Many restaurants needed to be booked in advance but we found others that were fine to eat at.

Location was excellent so easy to walk to main attractions and the railway station. Staff were happy to provide alternative milk to accommodate a cow’s milk allergy and there were plenty of dairy free options available for breakfast. Tourist Office was very helpful with ideas about what to do and how to get around.
