Check in at late wasn’t the best one as we had to travel between the hotel and gas station at night, we also had some difficulties in communicating however google translate was able to clear things up

Location is perfect if you are on a road trip across Germany and you want to stop for the night. Hotel is close to a restaurant / coffee for a quick breakfast before we continued our trip

The location of the hotel and the room was perfect for having a break/rest while we were travelling. The only thing I would suggest is to have a sigh about where to find the reception (in the next buildig which is the restaurant).

The accommodation was clean. It was on the autobahn, and a simple rest stop in between places we were visiting.

The hotel is in a service area along highway A3. Unfortunately, road works caused difficulties in reaching and leaving the hotel. Hopefully, road works will end soon

The access road to the hotel is not marked and it was difficult to get there due to construction work on the site. Parking was also a challenge.

The location is on the autobahn and a great place to stay for a night. Rothenburg and nurnburg are an hour away

One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the accessibility to the hotel. The surrounding area seemed to be undergoing a major construction phase, making it extremely difficult to reach the hotel entrance. Road closures and detours were not adequately marked, leading to a lot of confusion and wasted time as I tried to navigate my way through the maze of construction works. This was particularly inconvenient, especially when returning to the hotel after a long day of driving.

Our access to the hotel was difficult because we travelled Nürnberg-Frankfurt and because of ongoing construction works on the highway and the parking place (August 2023). It added around 20 km.

The hotel is convenient for a stop over when travelling through Germany. Easily accessible if you travel in A3 in the direction Frankfurt-Nürnberg. No noise though it is next to the highway

The parking wasn’t understandable where we can park and the stuff doesn’t speak English at all to explain.

Was very clean only one thing I missed the coffees in the room with a little kettle. I would book again.

Good place for short stay during the travel. Perfect blackout curtains, comfortable beds. Be aware of the facilities description for being correctly informed (there is no kettle, small refrigerator, etc. in the room).

Car parking was incomplete and baggage had to be carried a long distance.

Location was fine. We bought the breakfast which was good.

At the time of writing, car parking was a problem as lots of works going on, had to park 150m away at petrol station which was a worry as had bikes on rack. Locked up as best I could. Bikes were fine next day.

Room was cleaned before we checked out, we were having breakfast and wanted to return for s last fresh up / toilets before we left but found that they already started cleaning it. Personal was very friendly by the way :-)

There are significant works going on in the service area which we were informed of. It was not clear on where to check in and the timings for this. You cannot park outside the hotel so have to park around the garage. In the morning it was chaos with so many cars and we were actually blocked in and could not get our car out.

Hotel was clean and today and very comfortable. Location was great.

Parking lot was under construction which meant parking our car at the gas station parking lot a bit further away, which didn't feel very comfortable with our luggage. We then had to carry all of our luggage quite far to the hotel. In the morning we had to walk over the construction site between all the heavy machinery with our dog, which also wasn't great. Hope the parking lot renovations are done soon for future travellers.

Nice for a highway hotel, room was small but clean and quiet. We only spent one night there on our way to our holiday destination.

he did not announce that he was working in front of the hotel and we had the parking lot 500 meters from the accommodation.

all around were construction works on the highway and the natural way to get to the hotel or gas station was closed. it took us 30 minutes to understand how to get in and the hotel send a message just one day before arrival communicating about the highway works (which for sure started months ago). for a night stop is ok but only when the drive in is clear as it is kind of dangerous trying to find a driveway at night

Fan in the bathroom was noisy and I couldn’t find a switch to kill it.

Our kids liked the bunk beds. It’s super functional for a night when traveling. Electric car charging during the night.
