Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyWasn’t like the photos on the website. The room was very tired and in need of a refurbishment. I complained to front desk but they didn’t have anything to say other than not all rooms are like the photos. The beds are not comfy and the pillows are awful.
Good location and good to have a kitchen in the apartment. Overall also good size room. We had room 10.

SwedenLots of broken things in the appartment, mentioned it at the reception but no one could fix the things. Too far from the main building where the pool is. Too tight for 4 people, was not enough space for 4 to sit at the dinner table, kitchen was only equipped for 3 people. No balcony or terasse. Not enough parking spots. Way too little general information at the check in.

I had to wait for 1h10 min for the dinner - The waiters some of them did not speak English and could not understand what we want - Reception staff not helpful. - They did not have any city map to assist with touristic information

Room was huge, very clean and very comfortable. The staff with whom we interacted was extremely nice, in particular the fellow taking care of the coffee during breakfast. Breakfast was great, they even have an omelette bar. Just a great hotel.
