Somebodys trash outside the window on the balcony. After smoking smelled in the toilet. The room was different from this what was presented in offer.

The toilet and dosh was separated from the room and each floor has one toilet so it was sharing toilet.

There was NO AIR VENTILAION IN THE ROOM! Due to a malfinctoning of a door to the balcony, the crhe came and screwed the door to the ftame, so there was NO WINDOW TO OPEN and hence NO AIR CIRCULATION IN THE ROOM. When we tried to talk to the staff, evety one of them was unpleasent, not to say rude. It is NOT A HOTEL! At most it is a badly run motel; controled by an unpleasent crew.

Over the period of increased interest in Berlin (third week of Sept.) the hotel charged as twice as usual. 744 eur (4 nights) for a double room with shared toilet and shower is unacceptable.

I understand that it is a budget hotel and it makes sense at 35 EUR / night. But I paid 200 EUR / night and it was not even warm in the room, nor clean, not I could take a shower in a week, I feel like a bit ripped off. If you want to be a buget hotel for seasonal workers, it is OK for me. But if you ask 200 EUR / night, please at least give a minimum of service.

At least the location was good.

Connecting to wifi was a bit complicating but for one night stay it was not a big issue for us Also only one room key for 3 people but I guess this is an easy solvable problem because staff is really friendly and helpful:)

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, me and my family did not expect much of a room for three with shared bathroom but it exceeded our expectations! Price and quality ratio in this place is amazing:) We stayed for one night so we did not need much of a comfort but room was clean and beds were comfy. Near by is a small, family-runned coffee shop that is amazing for fresh, tasty and cheap breakfast (about 7-8eur with coffee). City center was about 20 min by metro (about 6 km), so I would say it is quite near by famous sightseeing objects. If you come by car as we did the parking on the street near hostel is free!:)

Same apartment I booked in 70 euro later I booked in 87 euro. I did not like this behaviour of staff. They are doing a busines in this way. First they cancel the apartment when date comes closer then they ask extra money for same apartment.

First of all they cancelled the apartment then I had to book the same apartment after paying extra charge which was terrible and extra stressful.

Internet doesn't work at all, or for a few seconds per connection attempt durig 3 day stay. I could not get proper invoice while asking a man from reception, only lady from next shift corrected it immediately.

Almost everything else was bad. 1. No water kettler in the rooms and ther is no kitchen in the whole bilding. 2. my room had a balcony which is quite big but it is dirty and one is not allowed to open the door (ban attention on it's door) during the night, which makes the room hotter. 3. the singly window in the room was unopenable. 4. I found insekts in the room. 5. we should pay 50 Euro bail for every room and they take only cash. 6. We had to chekout until exactly 10:00 Uhr otherwise we might have lost the bail. 7. many electric socket were defect (specially the one on the balcony). 8. the light on the room ceil was not completely workable (by me the half of the room, by my sister's room one neon lamp from 2 didn't work)

The hotel staff spoiled my whole experience of the hotel. Usually I don't complain, even if something is a little off, but here I don't want to be silent. I had to call the hotel a few hours before check-in, because the money was not debited from the card. The woman on the phone said that the hotel would not do this and I should ONLY pay in cash. But if I canceled the reservation, the money would be debited. What is stupidity? Well, I understand, some system could not work, anything can happen. But instead of politely explaining, the woman simply hung up, saying she had a lot of work and could not deal with me here. Disgusting customer service.

I would not say I like something. Just a regular hotel room with shared bathroom.

The bathrooms were really dirty and the floor drain did not work. The room was ok, except you could tell that it hasn't been cleaned properly for ages. We needed to leave a 50€ deposit in cash, and since we had to leave really early in the morning we were unable to get it back. I send them a message about it (both in english and german) and didn't get any response. Overall it wasnt a good experience and I hate that we had to pay "extra".

This hotel is quite far from the city center if you plane to visit the city by foot and go out in the evening it's not possible but with the Sbahn it's ok. There is nothing interesting in the area but the Sbahn is just at 7min walk.

Hotel is Ok. there is a backerie just in front of the door, nice for breakfast.

There was a lot of water damage in the showers and the halls. The showers were fairly dirty, and the shower heads did not stand up on their own, you had to hold them. The floors in the halls were often wet, and other guests smoked in the bathrooms and the halls, so it smelled like smoke when you left the room. I requested a double room with a king-sized bed, but I received a tiny room with three twin beds crammed inside. The walls were quite thin, I could hear conversations in other rooms, even with the window closed. The wifi was completely unusable. It was unbearably slow when it worked, and it was not possible to connect to a VPN while on the wifi.

Good location, fairly cheap. Nice breakfast shop next door.
