Short walk from the nearest Metro station. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

The rooms were small but clean and good. Kim and the other girl (25th August) at the reception were EXCELLENT. Helpful, cheerful and very understanding. The men at the reception need to learn to smile. Good location. Train and bus stations walkable distance.

The hotel seems to be designed for business travellers so it doesn’t try to go out of its way style-wise. It has everything you need - comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, a communal area downstairs, good WiFi and kind staff.

The location and the ambience of the place was pretty good. Convenient for travel, would really recommend this.

Room was very sized for a family of 2 adults and 1 teenager. Our daughter really liked the room. If coming to hamburg again, we will go with this hotel.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Nearby train station, but within walking distance of the city center. Clean room. Good ventilation. OK breakfast. Good parking garage.

Basic but clean and reasonably comfortable rooms. Good location less than 5 mins walk from Berliner Tor U and S-Bahn station, which is one stop from Hamburg main station.

Hotel is not too far from center and major attraction although if you want to walk you will have pass not the best areas of the city.
