There’s no elevator, so it might take a few puffs to get a heavy luggage upstairs.

Incredibly lovely establishment. The only downside is that in the evening, there’s no easy way to get here from the station, other than taxi (Uber is also pretty much non-existent), and the reception closes at 11pm. But other than that I enjoyed my stay here, albeit it was less than 12 hours. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are just as pictured, and the restaurant is fabulous - be it for breakfast, or for a dinner (seasonal foods and italian delicacies). The surroundings are green and picturesque, it’s a brisk walk to a city center.

The hotel was having the main dining area renovated during my stay, but to my surprise, I never heard any noise and the hotel was maintained in a very clean state. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel also was located near everything needed. The wifi connection was strong and fast.

We arrived by bike and were told secure bike storage. The storage was outside, behind the kitchen in public view. This may be ok for locals on bikes but people on a touring holiday with more expensive bikes want actual secure bike storage. The chef even joked about stealing the bikes which didn't ease my already worried mind!

Amazing accomodation - we booked a 2 bed apartment - we got a 3 bed with kitchen, lounge, dinning room, terrace etc. It was bigger than my home in England. It was just a shame we were only there for a very short time.

Staff was quite akward and some a bit unfriendly. The housekeeping walked into our room when we were still there and checked in, which wasn’t pleasant. The bathroom could use some maintenance.

I liked the beergarden! We had a great dinner there. Also, parking was available in front of the hotel which is nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Love the wallpaper by the way!

Dust, gum on the carpet, stained sheets, no soap, dead insects, not clean, no freezer, terrace not accessible, and a small shower. The apartment was advertised for three people but it was large enough to accommodate 5 easily.

It was a good location. Nice and bright. It was large, nice apartment, with potential . Free parking.

Nothing not to like.

We loved the hotel which has been modernised to a good standard. Really liked the rooms which were bright, airy and modern - devided into a spacious bedroom and a work station area. Great artwork on the walls. The bed was large, really comfortable mattress and lovely bedding. Bathroom was modern and spacious with a good shower. The communal areas were still being completed in the modernisation programme but this did not affect our stay. Especially loved the bier garten as it was a lovely sunny day - this attracted a lot of local people so a friendly atmosphere without a hotel feel. Great breakfast in the morning. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely visit again.

the bathroom lacked soap so I had to wash my hand with the shower gel, I ve never stayed in a hotel who didn't had soap in the bath. after traveling for 700 km I couldn't wash my hands. The 7,5 euro breakfast was a disappointment. When I arrived at the hotel I had to wait 10 minutes to be greeted even though I rang the bell.

Location was good, parking was easy. Check in until 10 pm.

The receptionist wasn't there at 5 pm, the front door was closed. It was an interphone, a lady answered and hang up imediately. It was a horrible experience.
