There was no such thing.

The location is amazing, right by the river on a quite street and with a breathtaking view towards the green trees, the river and the cliffs across it. The breakfast is included with a very good choice of options and huge portions! The staff was really kind and helpful. They let us leave our backpacks after check out without any issues. They even gave us a bottle of cold water for the walk in the hot day! We will definitely stay again as the city has a lot to offer - nature, tranquil atmosphere, museums and good food!

The only complaint I have was that there were 2-3 men sitting until 2AM talking loud, drinking, talking on speakerphone, laughing in the patio area in front of the entrance, we could not sleep and it is not appropriate for such loud behavior right in front of where people are trying to sleep.

Everything was perfect , it has a nice view, friendly staff, nice traditional decor, good value for the money.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, and it's time to upgrade. Ten or fifteen years ago, it was super, but now it's not so much anymore.

I like the idea of an old-fashioned traditional stay.

This is a great small hotel in a great location in the old town and is walking distance to all parts of the town. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included with a good selection. This is our second stay here and we will stay again when we visit Lovech.

Rooms could be cleaner. Ours wasn't dirty or anything but it didn't feel fresh, especially the bathroom, maybe just because it's old. Also, there were adorable little kittens in the outside restaurant area, we loved them and i know it's probably not the hotel's responsibility but those babies shouldn't live like that.. :(

The location is at the end of the village, so very quiet, but still close enough to walk to town. The rooms are big and the beds very good. Late check in (after midnight) was not a problem. Ample choice of breakfast.

Everything was just perfect. Location is excellent, very close to town's center, on the riverbank. Close to the fortress, a very nice tourist spot. The hotel is in an old beautiful building, great architecture, full of flowers. Big rooms, very comfortable beds. Everything clean, beautiful wooden furniture. EXCELLENT breakfast, for absolutely all tastes, with continental choices or Bulgarian dishes, great coffee and milk & cereals that children simply loved! We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was great food. Personnel was so nice and helpful, speaking very good English, smiling all the time, great people. We will definitely come back!

A dripping tap in the bathroom was a bit annoying

A lovely traditional style hotel, with pleasant outside dining facilities, good breakfast, comfortable room, delightful riverside location just a short walk from the centre, our favourite place to stay in Lovech and will be back!

Nice quiet room, clean and very comfortable bed. The restaurant was excellent. In the center, in the old town - very beautiful surroundings. We love to walk in historical places, so it was an excellent place for us.
