we stayed in two bedrooms. one of the rooms has problem in the shower. the shower was basically blocked. water went down extremely slowly and the next morning the floor of the shower was covered with disgusting sewage looking water. it smelt and was so unpleasant. we spoke to the staff at the reception 3 times over the course of two days. they did absolutely NOTHING!

this was our second time staying at the hotel. our kids love the swimming area and we thought we should go back for a short family break.

The room temperature was set on winter mode even if outside we had round about 7 degrees. The Spa is a big disappointment, very small, cold-ish water and very few sittings places.Food was medium quality.

The mattress and the pillows were not comfortable. There was no way to ventilate the room or adjust the temperature when the room was very warm due to sunny day

On arrival day, I double-asked the receptionist whether I had to pay for spa usage or not, and he convinced me, it was included in the room price and the message I received was outdated. On checkout day, another staff member requested me to pay for the spa additionally. After I told her, that her colleague said it was included, she invited another staff member - an old lady, to clarify the issue. That lady was very rude to me, saying that she didn't care what anybody said, "what was written overrides what was said" mentioning the message I received on the day of booking. Ok. It took me some further time to convince both ladies that 15*2 + 20*2 equals 70, not 80 as they requested. After further argument, the younger lady turned red and corrected the invoice. Still, I don't know who was right - the receptionist on arrival day or the rude old lady at checkout, but it doesn't matter anymore. This last conversation ruined all the good impression of the hotel completely.

The spa was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a good choice.

The MAJOR road construction JUST outside the hotel. We were not notified at booking or at check in! They start at 6am! The rooms do not have air conditioning so the windows have to be open otherwise it will be very hot in the room. (Outside temp was not above 26). They moved us to new rooms. The one room shower drain smelled like sewer.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the spa was very good (paid entrance not included in stay at hotel)

We had a nice stay at this hotel, we had a renovated room, so everything was newly changed, very clean and comfortable for two adults and one kid. We enjoyed the access to the SPA and sauna areas, overall we liked staying at this place.

The Pool bar closes very soon in my opinion,on 7 pm and the breakfast time could last a little longer,it is from 7 to 9 am

Everything was splendid. The personal was nice and always helpful. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was included with the room and it has EVERYTHING you can imagine to eat! The Spa is super nice and beautiful and the prices are really okay!I specially recommend the restaurant in the Japan zone. We'll definitely come back soon :)

The breakfast was very poor. We ate at cafes in Fulda our remaining two mornings as the first day the breakfast was such a disappointment. The room was situated facing the parking lot and we heard quite a lot of noise from cars and people dragging their suitcases. There was also construction noise down the street. The room itself was clean, but the overall quality of the bed and furnishings was poor. The other big thing we disliked is that it was not clear that the Sieben Welten Spa is actually open to the public so it was completely full of people from outside the hotel and everyone claimed as many sun beds as they could by throwing a towel on them, which made it difficult to find an open place to sit. My boyfriend was on crutches and we looked for a sun bed over three hours while "reserved" sun beds sat completely open for this entire duration. There needs to be some type of policy where hotel guests have priority on seats and where people are not permitted to reserve so many sun beds over hours without even using them. We had planned originally to stay for 5 days, but cut it short in part due to this problem.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We enjoyed the time at the pool.

The breakfast was good.

In my view, the rooms and all were way too expensive in relation to what was actually offered (small rooms in an old uncomfortable 80ies style, no coffee machine on the room etc.) in a remote location like Fulda. Given the price and the rating (4 stars), I expected a premium offering, which was definitely not delivered.
