The check-in was not possible to finish online and it took ages in the hostel. The lady at reception asked for our iIDs at least four times and still messed up the adress of residency of the main guest. We did not know in advance that we will not be given keys from our hostel room. We had lockers but it was impossible to lock the room at night and anyone from the neighbouring room could enter (and entered). There was just one toilet and one shower under one lock to be shared among eight people. So it was constantly occupied.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps the area is not the quietest during the night, so you may need to take a taxi if you arrive late or are not used to a loud area :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Big Mama! We stayed for one night with a friend in a 4-bed room. The room was big and had lockers to keep our things safe. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and had sockets to charge your gadgets.

There was no aircon and the windows didn't open, it was really difficult to be in the room during the day. Also the curtains do not shade the room on the morning... Plus all in all it was a decent hotel but way pricy than what we got from the facilities.

I think it would be great to have curtains around the bed, so we are not disturbed by the other people reading, or coming late, etc. Also, the curtains from the main windows are very light, so it's hard to sleep late if you are a sensitive sleeper.

I really liked staying at Big Mama. The room was clean and comfy. The location is quiet but close enough to buses, metro...

My first experience with staying in a hostel so I was actually very impressed! Extremely clean, friendly staff, great shower/bathroom size, good area, fast wi-fi and many additional facilities extra cost. It really felt like I was staying in a cool student accommodation.

A single shared toilet+shower room shared between two bedrooms (eight guests total) is not really enough, especially as there are no other toilets on the floor—so if you need to go but someone is showering you'll need to go down to the ground floor and use the washrooms there.

Large, bright rooms with comfortable bunks and plenty of storage (including a locking cupboard big enough to store a medim-sized suitcase for each guest). Pleasant and friendly staff and a great breakfast selection.

Hostel is made from block of flats, rooms have much space, and tidy. You almost feel like at home. Good shower. Good internet. I didn't wanna leave so fast. Unfortunetally, I booked only for one night. That's a good spot for future visits. And there's no noise outside in the morning, it's in reletivelly closed and quite part. Cause it's in the inside of the blocks.

Noise isolation was not that good, and its location is far away from the center. Unfortunately all the rental bikes were one size (for short people is not really helpful..).

The people working in customer service was really nice and room was relatively large. We had the opportunity to rent bikes and go to the center(relatively cheap). Really cheap coffee and drinks from the bar. Next to the hotel, there was a small bakery for getting a cheap snacks.

The room was not cleaned properly and replacement towels were not kept in 3 days of our stay. Otherwise it's all good.

The hotel is a bit outside the city center (20 minutes) but has close public transportation access. It was straightforward to get around. The hotel room and space were clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. The staff was amiable and very attentive (Best experience from staff I've had in a while). I also need to know where they got their mattresses, it was very very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

When I checked in, the system did not work. I waited for 20 minutes, then I went into the room. There were someone else's things and someone else's bed on my bed. I had to go down to the reception again, the issue was settled, but 30-40 minutes were lost
