Furnishings are a bit dated.

The Hotel is located on Lindwurmstr cross with Pccistr which makes it 2 km fro Marienplatz. It has a U-Bahn station (U3) on the sidewalk approx 15 m from the entrance. The hotel is a bit dated but very clean and the sheets and mattrases are new and very comfortable. Breakfast is not a bufet but is nice with very friendly staff. Staff in general is very helpful and friendly.

Located 3 tram stops from the town centre. Very clean and slightly old fashioned. How nice to be an able to open a bedroom window. Staff extremely helpful with 24 hour reception. Continental breakfast with a perfectly boiled egg!

In one of the rooms, heating was not working properly the first night. Upon enquiring, they could only offer blankets but that we were told we had to fetch from the reception. We tried to turn the heating lever and it started to work so we managed. Next day the reception complained to us that we did not go to fetch the blankets and when we offered our explanation, the lady was still a bit rude claiming she had to leave the reception unmanned to get the blankets and they were lying at the reception overnight. I doubt that she had to go miles to get the blankets. We even suggested she could have called the room but that was not a practice they follow. We were a bit taken aback by this kind of rudeness.

Staff in the kitchen were friendly & warm. Communication in English was a challenge but with gestures they understand what you want, they try to go the extra mile. Food options are limited so even if breakfast is included, you are not spoilt for choices.

This is not really a negative point for the hotel, but if you travel by car, it may get really difficult to find a parking spot. Like many other old buildings in the area, the hotel doesn't have too many parking lots and parking in the road may get complicated.

Not being a very good buffet breakfast person, the one offered in the hotel was perfect. As mentioned in others review, the furniture may be old but in perfect condition, is "old good quality", not cheap! Staff was very frendly.

The most disappointing thing was the same breakfast every morning. It’s not a buffet style breakfast. Also, the breakfast staff just serve the same food without more choices and diversity of food. The facilities of this hotel is pretty old so they need to be improved.

Reasonable hotel price per a night during the Christmas market season, friendly and kind staff, front desk staff stay for 24 hours, keeping my luggage after check-out, and quite spacious room size.

Rooms are not that big, but they are tidy. Hotel staff was polite, especially the lady in charge of breakfast. The hotel is a mere 20 min walk to city centre.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel location, while a little way from the centre, was good and right by the U-Bahn station with access straight into the centre. Walking in the area both during the day and at night was very easy.

Hotel is a bit dated. The room is quite small. The elevator is small so I mostly took the stairs.

As I found the manager turned off the heating system at night which is quite strange. So if you wake up at midnight you feel freezing . So due to this reason, I got a very bad cold and when I was supposed to go and visit the electronica show at Munich I had to stay at the hotel and take a rest. My message to the manager is my friend for saving a few pennies you are playing with the health of people please don't do this. It was not for one room because me and my colleagues tried 3 rooms and all of them had the same story. The interesting thing was during the day when people were awake they turned on the heating system and people thought the heating system was working !!!!!!!!!

The Hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was good . The reception people were very kind and supportive, especially Irenya.Metro station just 50 m from Hotel .

Location - Convenient location, next to Poccistr. U-station. Room - Double Room is a good enough size, clean and quiet (even though it was facing a street). Breakfast - A bit simple, but with a good service.
