I can't really think of anything I did not like of Sperber Brau.

Due to my work hours I could not have breakfast at the inn but there is a wonderful bakery a few doors down that opens very early in the morning.

Can't really say. It was a pretty good stay and there were no major issues. Anything else would be petty.

The staff is just wonderful. The premises is clean and very tidy. The restaurant is just fantastic with local cuisine and the beer is ambrosia! Parking can be tricky in front, but there are many nearby lots. Nothing that cannot be navigated very easily. It was a great stay. I sincerely thank the staff and owners.

The stairs were extensive but worth the climb!! We would choose stay there again.

Easy check in, cleanliness was excellent, the decor and personal touch was top notch. Staff was very kind, professional and helpful. The beds were amazing. We especially loved the pillows! The variety and quality of breakfast items were excellent. We loved our visit there.

We have stayed here before, loved it, and come back again. Location is in a beautiful, historic city, and dinner was delicious. Check out the Kneipp bath, very refreshing on a hot day.

Told on arrival, rather bluntly, that as there was only ourselves and one other guest, they would not be putting breakfast on. Whilst I can understand this, up to a point, I would not have booked this accomodation if I had known in advance that I would not be able to get breakfast there; we had to go into the town and find somewhere to eat, which was not an ideal start to our day. There was also a confusion (on both our parts) about the payment for the room, whereby they stated when we arrived that we'd already paid in advance, and I didn't realise that that was not actually the case. In the morning there were NO staff anywhere to be seen (we did search) and the front door was locked shut! we had to find our own way out via a side entrance into a loading yard, which just seemed very odd, and meant that we inadvertantly left without paying the bill!! Fortunately this was resolved by Booking.com, but it really made us both feel very awkward when we realised.

Comfortable and spacious room in a very interesting and charming old building, which has been superbly renovated and is tastefully decorated throughout. Shower was very large and good pressure. Excellent location within the historic walled part of the town with parking directly in front of the building. Meal in the restaurant was excellent, and also good value, and the beer was particularly good - as you would expect!

I didnt like the walk up so many stairs but they could not have known that I have mobility issues. The room was great and one of the staff members noticed me struggling on the steps with my bag, she immediately helped me

The location was good. Dinner was good. The staff pretty much left us alone but were responsive. Although, there is no hotel designated parking, parking was never an issue. There was a party booked in the restaurant one night and we were referred to a great Italian restaurant a few doors down.

Nothing. Everything was fine. There isn't a place to park, so you just have to look for an available parking space along the main street. In some places, you have to pay a small fee to park. But it is still much cheaper to pay a few euros to park on the side of the street near the Hotel, then what some hotels charge to park directly at their place overnight.

The food at the restaurant was amazing. I can highly recommend ordering the 'Beer crusted roast'. Was the best I have ever had in Germany. The breakfast was also nice. It is basic, but has everything that you need. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Toilets, bathroom and apartments are clean. We will return here again.

I like the possibility of having big apartments for my family (4 persons). Apartments are located on the next street 100 m from hotel. We had our nice dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
