The hosts are the sweetest ever. They are so helpful and do their best to make the guests comfortable. The facilities are top notch. Amazing cleanliness. I stayed in both rooms 1 and 3. While room 1 is the epitome of luxury, room 3 was very nice too. Right from the checkin instructions to everything else, it was one of my best experiences ever.

Great location, a really part of the city, so everything is super accessible! The service was impeccable, the 2 people were always available and were extremely hospitable. The common area was very comfortable and had a very good collection of books and board games, and overall the entire facility was super comfortable! And the host was very prompt, would fulfill all needs without haste!

Two pitchers of drinking water were not enough. By late evening they were empty with no way for guests to access more without going out.

Excellent communication w/owner prior to arrival. The Central BnB was impeccably clean, breakfast was not extensive but very adequate. Felt very safe. ATM and a great brewpub for drinks/food just steps away.

This is a BEAUTIFUL stay. Absolutely worth every penny. It was immaculately clean, the window overlooking the city was incredible. Comfy bed, great full sized shower, huge TV with all the channels you need. AC worjed wonderfully. The room was quiet at night. The sitting room outside the door is so comfy with large couches, games, books and a computer work station! Breakfast was delish with fresh made omelette and cereal, juice, coffee, etc. All that was great but the attentiveness of the owner was the best part. They were in touch with us continually, making sure everything was perfect. Wish we had more time there. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

No major cons. This is not their fault, but the elevator is rather small if you have large luggage. The street directly outside the property is a bit chaotic at busy times. A more flexible cancellation option would be nice.

The room was large and clean. The facilities provided are impressive: large smart TV, air purifier, a mini fridge, iron and hairdryer, a surround sound system, and other things. The staff were very helpful and cooked a lovely breakfast daily. Also, the rooms have good soundproofing, so you can't hear most of the traffic outside. The property is in central Kolkata and is close to major attractions including Victoria Memorial, St. Paul's Cathedral, Park Street, and other places. The closest metro station is a ~15 min walk. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful rooms, exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean. Really good value for money - have often paid more for much lower quality accommodation. Good communication with owners who are very helpful.

Everything is top class

The layout is both interesting and effective. It is half a floor of a large apartment block divided into 6 rooms. My room was brilliant with quality inclusions and serious soundproofing. Apart from that, I received some excellent help when I needed it, far beyond the call of duty. I will definitely try and book the B&B when I am in Kolkata next.

We had a slight issue with shower temperature, but the staff resolved the issue. No negatives

The room was a breath of fresh air (literally) in the chaotic and polluted city! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room also had lots of modern amenities like an air purifier, streaming platform etc. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also very central.

We loved this accomodation. The room was light and spacious. The shared areas as well. The renovations done during covid make this a 5 star option. Great breakfasts and location make this the best accommodation we had for our 1 month India trip.

This will seem like nitpicking but the bathroom sink was a bit small so the water splashed out unless we were careful.

Look and feel was exactly as advertised. The room was very spacious and elegantly appointed. Generally very quiet in spite of its very central location. The staff were very polite and responded quickly to minor requests. The breakfast was tasty and adequate for visits like this.
