A bit difficult to have the window open during night while also blocking the light, as the curtains are massive - that was my biggest problem... :)

The receptionists were very professional, everything went super neatly. There were no noises to be heard in the room, I was very happy for that. The parking works smoothly and for a very fair price. The lamps and furniture were very nice, sturdy and high quality.

The room was well equipped however everything was up so high and pushed to the back of the cupboard so you had to stand on a chair to reach.

The security was exceptional, staff were helpful, location next to Skyline Plaza and only 5 min walk to the underground.

During night times AC was centrally (out of my control) shutting down (at least, in my room 203). As a result, in couple hours I was waking up wet under the thick and warm blanket and had to open the window. This allowed mosquitos to fly in the room and spoil my sleep. The lighting in the room was rather dim in the evening, the floor lamp did not work. Out of around 150 TV channels only about 40 worked. Other minor defects: the top hinge of the bathroom door was not fixed though the door was still fucntional; cracked yellow glassed wall behind tee/coffee facilities.

Free AP transfer by taxi arranged by Booking.com worked well despite the late arrival of my plane. The hotel has a conveniently and safe location. 10 min to the railway station by bus (stop is in 50 m), 15-20 min - by walk. There is Skyline Plaza shopping center (www.skylineplaza.de) just in front of the hotel. The reception staff (available 24 hours) is very responsive: I bothered them with numerous requests, they patiently met all of them. I arrived at about 10 am and, since a room was available, I was allowed to check-in early, as per my request, in the quite room facing courtyard. Cleaning only once in a week. Since I was staying for 6 nights, the cleaning was scheduled and duly performed on the 4th day.
