Wonderful staff, very accommodating and helpful. We have spent a weekend in Hamburg and had our bicycles with us. Thw staff made sure they were stored safely overnight and we had peace of mind. The hotel is a butique place, close to the city center and close to the main station. Very clean, well kept and nicely decorated, it has an older vive while being comfortable at the same time.

Hotel had a bit thin walls as you could easily hear to the room above you. No parking places available for the car even we arrived 11:00 to the hotel.

Very nice reception with excellent english skills. Nice athmosphere and personal rooms with high roof. Good beds.

Its a bit of an area (I wouldnt feel comfortable if I didnt be with my boyfriend) there’s alot of homeless people - but its nothing to do with the hotel. Just wouldnt want to be a lonely girl there. Its central and close to the central station and we had lovely days

The hotel only has three parking spot. It should not be listed as a hotel with parking. For this parking in an open space, I was charged 10 Euro per night.

The location is not great. The area seems a bit dodgy. It was two single beds instead of one big bed, which we would have preferred as a couple.

The service was absolutely wonderful. Extremely service oriented and very authentic people!

Apartment is very clean and spacios. It is located near old town Hamburg, 5-6min walk from central station. The staff is wery polite and willing to help Bed is with good mattress Keep up the good work

No elevator. But would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything at the hotel was impeccable. The salon sitting room was an unexpected surprise. Free coffee Maker any time of the day plus availability for drinks and water at an additional cost. Even though at an additional cost, the breakfast was well worth it to start your day. Thank you, Peter for introducing me to the book Sails, Steam and Splender; extremely. interesting.

The ambience, breakfast and amenities are great. Very tidy and the breakfast room is a great place to start your day.

The room smelled extremely damp. The receptionist told me I could get coffee and tea from the living room. There was a coffee machine but it wasn't working. Later, I wanted to drink herbal tea, but there was no hot water. Then I asked the woman at the front desk and she started huffing and puffing. Then she rolled her eyes and brought the kettle. This is the first time I see such a rude employee. Also they don’t want to speak in English and they weren’t helpful!

Location is close to center but the area is not safe.

I do not really recommend this place. We arrived with baby stroller and the staff shouted at us why we are asking about existence of any ramp! Then again we were rebuked as they had to put a baby cot in our room! Entering to the room 2 big spiders welcomed us - one above the baby cot! The neighborhood was very strange as well.

The surrounding properties were a bit run down. But not hostile or anything that made us fearful.

The decor, old character, the comfort of the room. The staff were exceptional.
