Very convenient location close to airport train station, the centre of the city and shopping centre. Comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast is quite expensive for people that dont eat so much. The room was very hot and the cooling did not helped much and you could not open the window fully.

Price reduction for childrens breakfast was positive. The Bar area was very nice.

Excellent location very close to Central Station. Exactly 10 mins by walk. Brand new rooms which were nice, clean and big. Close to the shopping street which is behind central station. Approx 15 mins walk to the hotel. Close proximity to other sights as well.

The staff was not that friendly. There is no complimentary water in such a quality hotel.

The ac wasn’t working and we can’t open the window so it was kind of warm inside the room. The minibar wasn’t cooling at all, we travel with a baby so it’s difficult to store food for her in a minibar that it’s not working . We travel with our dog , I know it could be difficult to arrange the cleaning of the room . We were paying an extra because of the cleaning,; but the reality was that the 4 times they cleaned in a week that we were there wasn’t good at all. Forget about dog hair or dust or crumbles , they didn’t even try to shake the bed sheets even once. We did it by our self every single day . The mattress was done having problems with my back . There was mold in the bathroom I understand it always a problem to make it away . But … there was mold in the curtains that cover the windows that make no sense at all, so the lack of cleaning was there way before we arrived. I will think twice to stay here again.

The room was small, no slippers, bathrobe, toothbrushes. Cleaning is only done when you ask for it. Somehow a homeless man got into the hotel, went upstairs and stayed overnight.

Nice and clean room in a hotel close to the railway station, well connected to the center with public transport. Staff always kind and helpful.

The room was very cold and the mattress too firm for our liking. The bathroom only had a glass door, with space on the sides, which led to no privacy at all. We didn’t eat breakfast due to the ridiculous high price (28€ per person) but they had a snack shop and there were brunch places nearby. Staff was friendly but we had asked the front desk for a wake-up call which never came.

Beautiful room with fridge and everything else we needed. The location was walking distance from the central station but in a bad area.

Expensive breakfast, 28 euros (didn't try it, so maybe it's just that good). Location can seem a little iffy at times, but that's how all areas around bus and train stations in big cities are.

There are lots of homeless people around the HB as usual. The breakfast price was quite high. You can have breakfast for 3 people to the same price for 1 person at the places near the hotel. There was no hotel slipper and cleaning accessories were not enough.

Close to the HB and metro station. 15 min walk to the main shopping street. Very clean room.

The standard sanitary item like cotton bud etc not provided and always have to go to the reception desk and ask .. 4 stars hotel should prepare standard items in the room.

Breakfast was great staff were very helpful when I had a medical emergency with my husband. I cannot say enough thankyous to those involved. Kids did a session St gym and loved it.

The parking opportunities are very limited and I ended up spending 20 minutes driving around for a car parking space. Once I parked and got to reception they did have a list of car parks that they recommend to customers. Would have been helpful if this information was sent with the confirmation email I received 24hrs before.

It was nice and seemed very new and quite modern, staff were friendly and spoke English. I had a small package delivered there which was waiting for me at reception.

Bathroom with toilet is in one room separated by opaque glass wall which is not very private, doors were hard to close. You have one card from room and you need it to have lights on, so basically your partner need to open doors(you also need it for elevator).

Hotel is very well situated, there is metro/s bahn 5 min by foot. Employers were very polite, good bar ans sevices.
