Staff is friendly and helpful and the bar is lively. The house is convenient and offers everything you need. I did forget my passport in the safe and they recovered it promptly and called me back.

All the way up to check out it sounded to me as if parking in their underground garage was free for guests. The wording in the leaflet and by reception never mentioned a price and how much. Does not cost excessive, especially when considering the close airport but it would have been nice to know. Maybe my fault for not questioning /seeing / finding it .

Closeness to the airport (~ 10 mins. walk) Noise of planes during night hours inexistent due to no no flights. Double windows otherwise to cancel out noise. Cosy room, chair and little fridg,e very handy! Friendly staff. Nice layout of the hotel.

The duvet is too thick and the air conditioner is not working properly. I was sweating all the time because it's too warm

Before arriving, I tried to contact the hotel through booking.com messenger. It felt a bit hard to communicate. After arriving, I call instead, problem solved. 😅 you better get a phone call when you need anything.

Only thing that comes to mind is that one or two among the staff in the restaurant acted a bit morose, not very friendly. Maybe they just had a bad day? Didn't have a chance to use the gym this time but sure will if/when i come back.

The room and the hotel was in very good condition. Sound proofing was excellent. No disturbing sounds from the airport or neighboring rooms. The lobby was cosy, relaxed and comfortable, sort of like a living room. We also liked the lounge area next to the lobby where you could sit together to do some work. The room was quite spacious even though the bathroom was perhaps a little bit compact. The restaurant was nice and clean and had a decent dinner menu. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. We also really appreciated the free of charge transfer service to and from the airport. Very convenient!

Cost of breakfast for a family of 4 was 92 euros!!!! Ridiculous amount of money. No milk in room for tea. No conditioner in bottle in shower.

The check in process was very very slow, with just one person on reception and a large Que, there was a long wait, I had a small lunch in the reastaraunt which was way over priced, would recommend going elsewhere outside the hotel.

The property was very welcoming on arrival, and the hotel had a very rustic country look which was nice.

Advertised Indian food buffet on Friday night did not happen.

Excellent shuttle service to/from the airport. All the drivers were polite, helpful, and efficient. Able to pick you up within about 10 minutes of calling the hotel. Excellent breakfast and dining room.

Location = walking distance from Hamburg airport. There is a hotel shuttle available. Great if you have an early morning flight. Nice bed and shower.

The staff in the evening was not really professional. Young people, which was absolutely ok and very willing to perform. The manager in the evening was horrible. He hindered his staff to bring performance and was yelling with them over several meters distance while guests were in the room. His aura was extremely negative. This guy is definitely wrong at this position.

In general, the stay was fine. Staff at arrival an at breakfast was very good.

Rooms are identical.

Perfect stop when you have to catch a plane in the morning. The very best thing is their airport shuttle every half hour and that they pick you up on request. So you sleep not too close to the runway and ugly airport, but look onto trees and can open the window to let summerair in. The location is perfect.
