Extremely disappointed with the check out process. I have made a special request for a bath and a view. I was advised this would be €10 per night which I agreed to. On the first night (following a three hour flight delay) we arrived at midnight and were just grateful for a bed. The following morning we noted that there was no view and queried this at reception. We were advised no room with a bath AND a view was possible so we agreed to the room we had. Nothing more was said. As we went to check out - we were asked for the agreed extra (despite not getting the room agreed). This led to a very unsatisfactory interaction at reception. Ultimately it was resolved but not before being made out to be untruthful which spoiled a very positive stay otherwise.

The check in process was smooth, the location was ideal and easy to get to. The facilities were excellent.

When someone entered or left the room next door, it sounded as if someone was trying to enter OUR room, which gave us several frights. The hotel did use unperfumed bed clothes as we requested (thank you!'), but the pillow and the room were still perfumed.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, with fresh vegetables and fruit, bread was fresh and we enjoyed our breakfast in a very intimate and quiet atmosphere. The room was beyond our expectations, having all equipment to even cook a little meal in the room. Very functional and practical. The view from the room was open to the old church. Location was close to public trnsportstion and a walking distance from shopping and even the train. We could even walk to main attractions, such as the Rheinturm and the Altstsdt.

Bit dated. Aircon was not adjustable. Fridge was too small to be useful.

Great location. Close to subway, supermarket, pharmacy and a laundromat on the corner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kitchenette was helpful.

Not really a fan of the pillows used, there's not much variation and they're a bit too soft for my liking. If folks like really unbelievably soft pillows though there's plenty of it here.

It's in a quiet corner of the city, but still with fantastic access to public transport. It's a great base from which you can explore the whole city.

The fitness is really small and the machines specialize primarily in male bodies.

The view of the church was really pretty even though there was a construction site at that time. The surrounding of the hotel is great.

Beds extremely soft, room equipment rather worn out and out of it's original shape/look/position. Cleaning needs to be improved.

Close to public transport and the main train station, walking distance to the center and to the river. Room and bathroom of a nice size. Small equipped kitchen, water and beer for free. Very nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Pay at check-in No bar State of the shower (missing glass shelf above the sink (seems removed), shower door doesn't close well and shower drain didn't work properly, both leading to flooding on to the bathroom floor.
