Our room was a bit outdated. It rained outside and the rain came in. The parts that already had rotten a bit were duct taped. This means the staff probably knows about the leak. It did not affect our night sleep or the room, just the window.

The personnel is friendly and helpful. We also liked the location. It was nearby the city center but very quiet and peaceful. There's a small mall at the end of the street and many restaurants nearby.

Generally a long-stay hotel, but we only spent one night here and didn't have breakfast. We found the room clean and comfortable, the bathroom spacious. The location is very convenient, close to an U-Bahn station or a short walk into the old town.

The interior parking garage has extremely narrow entrance and corridors, it was at the limits of manoeuvrability of my VW Jetta. The shower head was not well held in its placement on the vertical bar - different diameters. Double bed had two mattresses tucked together, so a little uncomfy for a good snuggle. View on a mediocre interior courtyard, from the room window.

Location is rather good - not far from the center, a huge shopping centre etc. Parking was offered for free - thank you! Great, serious and luxurious interior design, in the hotel and in the room itself. They gave for free a bottle of water and two buttles of a great Schlösser Alt Beer. Friendly and professional stuff. Overall comfort and quality.

I have used this Hotel many times, perfect location for me, good parking and close to the underground station. The staff are always extremely courteous and helpful, and the facilities are perfect for business travellers. I don't eat b'fast so can't comment, there is a good greek restaurant very close by which is always a good option for dinner.!!

We were for long stay: 2 weeks. But room cleaning was only once per week without tee and coffee bags. Just cleaning. Daily garbage we had to leave out of room on corridor floor. Towels chanhe offered only once per week, that was unpleasant surprise in compare with Canadian hotels. So it is soo bad. Actually, we could have it more often, but for additional payment.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Living Hotel in Düsseldorf. Upon checking into our room, we were dismayed to find it in a state of disarray. The messiness was evident, and the torn curtains, as depicted in the attached pictures, further diminished the overall appeal of the accommodation. Additionally, the shower experience was far from satisfactory. The water temperature fluctuated abruptly from cold to scalding, creating a discomforting environment that made showering an unpleasant task. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, there seemed to be a lack of understanding or concern, leaving us disappointed with the overall customer service. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this hotel for a stay in Düsseldorf. The combination of a messy room, damaged amenities, and an inconvenient shower, coupled with indifferent staff, significantly impacted the quality of our visit. I hope that these concerns are addressed to enhance the overall guest experience at your establishment.
