It's not easy to find food. Need taxi or walk to train station. The train station is quite far. If you carry lots things better used taxi.

my only criticism was that on my 2nd day when i returned to my room i found it to be still unlocked from where the room had been cleaned, thankfully nothing was missing from my room but i would like to think that the staff would double check that doors have been locked when they leave.

Food was very good and staff were very friendly. everything was as expected and it was a very easy and enjoyable stay thank you.

It is close to the Airport, only from 23h to 6,30h you will not hear the planes. Insulation is not the best.

most rooms don’t seem to have a “ Do NOT DISTURB” signs in the room , and the housekeeping often knocks on the hotel room door several times in tge morning ti see if you want your room “ to be made up” - it was disturbing at 8;00 am and then 10:00 am etc

The shower was a bit small for me and it had a shower curtain. The ceiling had some cobwebs and the building looked quite old. Public transport did not run regularly so had to walk about 1 kilometre to get to u-bahn. The bar fridge didn't work properly.

It is a quite location. Located near a restaurant and near the woods. I would describe it as being relaxing and not so near busy Hamburg.

The room was very hot but we could borrow a fan that helped a little.

Nice restaurant with great food. Breakfast buffet was good but with a bit noisy environment. Very attentative and helpful staff.

Rooms were quite small, perfect just for sleep. Our rooms were at the front of the property - on the main road. Quite noisy. No Aircon / fan, quite stuffy, as we were at the front of the building unable to have the window open.

Convenient location to both Airport and City. Train line direct to the city was in walking distance. Short drive to the airport - approx 12min. Perfect for transit. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.

No much to do in the neighborhood. But it was partly the reason i chose it

I needed a place to sleep for one night. My visit was at the time of the heat wave and the room stayed cool all through it and the bed was wonderful. My dog was treated friendly. Food was good and wine glasses filled generously

Our room was not equipped with air condition which can be a real disadvantage in summery days with warm weather. Also, a small note that our room was a bit old style with a carpet-floor and the pictures on the site are not a good representation as they show rooms with a more modern decoration and a laminate floor.

The hotel was on a good location, in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was polite and happy to help.

- no hotel-own Car-Charger (as expected, because it's declared at booking.com) - only a public one in front of the hotel (always busy, so I was unable to use it) - to few 230v-plugs and too far from the bed, for charging my phone - the room was very "retro" or just "old"

Bathroom was not clean at all. A lot of mould in and around the shower. Internet connection was not able to support a 480p stream.

the silence was still broken in the hotel from 4 am, someone was still making noise. The soundproofing was poor for a hotel of this price. at my request at 5 am for someone from the reception to silence the noises from the rooms in the vicinity, these conversations and screams .. the staff told me to change the room ... it's sick ... no one cared that there might be some horror going on there. I haven't slept since 4 am ... and at my request no one bothered to check where these sounds and these loud conversations and screams are coming from. I have record those noises its heard everything from your neighbourgs
