Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A bit difficult to find it by car, and the parking is also complicated to reach. On arrival, we foudn no one manning the reception,and the automatic door system a) demanded full payment immediately b) did not work. Fortunately, the recpetionist soon arrived and helped us out. Thsi is something that needs very urgent attention.

NetherlandsThe room was quite small, so check for that when you book since larger rooms are available, preferably on the ground floor since the floor above that has rooms under the sloping roof. There wasn't a coffee or tea maker in the rooms, either and I there is no climate control (though there is heating, obviously) but that's as far as any criticism runs.
The hotel is very quiet in the lovely town of Fallersleben which lies adjacent to the much bigger town of Wolfsburg, but is actually the older of the two. The people (including the staff) are very friendly, but check in can also be done remotely (and the door can by opened by smartphone - with protection by German privacy laws). I didn't sample the breakfast, but nearby there are numerous bakeries that provide with excellent bread and coffee that can be consumed on the spot.
