It’s super clean and has bakery and restaurants and a grocery within 1-4 mins walk. Bus stops are nearby as well. Staffs are nice!!

There’s was nothing to dislike about the property. Perhaps a suggestion…a brush and a maiden to dry clothes would be helpful. Also a information booklet about the property, how to deal with bins etc.

The property was comfortable and spacious for us as a family of four. The decor was beautiful. It’s in a quite area so we appreciated the smart TV of an evening for a film with the kids. We used public transport to get around the area and found it very easy to navigate. We ate in the restaurant downstairs one evening and the food and hospitality was fabulous.

The property sits next door to the town church that rings its bells from 6am - 10pm most days…we should have read the reviews on this although would be helpful to know in the description. However after a day or so you tend not to notice so much. The kitchen was clean but sparse with equipment so light snacks at best rather than meals could be made..a few more pots, utensils, a small oven (rather than just small hob) and toaster would make it good. While there was a lovely secluded garden, it was for the restaurant and so not having any accessible outdoor space to potentially sit and watch the world go by was a shame, although didn’t ruin the positive stay we had.

Fantastic location in the central part of town in a beautiful period property that sits above the owners restaurant. Owners were really friendly and helpful and food in the restaurant good. While we were there we happened to experience an annual street festival which was lovely and right on our doorstep. The location has free parking and is easily accessible into Baden-Baden. We were there with two young children (7 & 4) and it worked perfectly for us.

Everything was great from the charm of the rooms to the hosts. The creaky wooden floors were a joy and the rooms are quite quaint. The location is very good, even easily accessible by public transportation. The neighborhood is idyllic for walking around with a stream running nearby and hills for hiking! Definitely recommend.

Not a fault of the apartment but the neighbouring church clock is chiming at already 6 a.m. so beware if you are intending to sleep longer than that:)

Nice apartment with very comfortable beds, good living room and bathroom. The kitchen would profit by a slight upgrade though as it is a bit bare (better lightning, missing micro, toaster and essentials as salt & pepper).

Not a negative but just a foremention to others that the beautiful building is over 300 years old and so the floors do creak a bit.

Wonderful hosts and a delicious restaurant. The accommodation is in a quiet but central location with access to bakeries and shops. Really warm in the snowy weather. Very baby friendly too.

Excellent property that is spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen has all necessary equipment. Everything is clean and well managed. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, very warm people. Easy to stay with a small child. We also liked a church bell at an early hour, especially during Epiphany / Orthodox Xmas, something that we are used to. Thank you to Corinna and Holger! The owners are amazing. They helped us out with everything needed and on one morning they even left cake for us at our door. The location is quiet and there are busses going to Bühl and Baden-Baden all the time. A supermarket and bakery are just around the corner as well. The house is lovely and was very clean. We enjoyed it very much.

Although location is bit far from city center but there are 2 bus stops near property where you can find buses every 30-40mins. Also I wish there were bathing essentials like soap, bodywash. There is a cathedral just outside the building which rings every 15mins starting 6am -10pm. We were okay with it as it didn't disturb our routine.

The size of apartment is great and it's minimalistic. Loved the vibe. You can also cook lil meal if you like or have it downstairs at the restaurant. Its closed on Thursday though. There are breakfast options nearby bakery. Make sure to inform the owners about the checkin time in advance.

As everyone mentions in the comments, indeed the church was noisy in the morning as it was few meters away but I wouldn't mind taking in consideration the other aspects of the property.

Spacious apartment, completely renovated, comfortable salon & bed, warm enough to feel like in home. We ordered food in their restaurant, they brought it upstairs and it was delicious. If again in the area I would be happy to stay there again.
